Wow. Excellent stuff! Enjoyed the backstroke work especially on that dismounting roll over in deeper water when approaching a wall.

Thank you so much! You'll love her backstroke with arms on Day 4. It's unbelievable how fast learner she is.

Hi. Many thanks to the student for sharing . I really found the wall push off in the Deeper water very helpful from the back floater position. Keep. Bringing new techniques. So encouraging😊😊

I'm immensely scared of deep water. I had a really scary experience. I am currently taking swim lessons, but those lessons went out the window whenever i made a mistake and drifted off into 12.5 ft. Thank God for a life guard. She simply pushed me to the safe end. And then my swim skills came back. Why did that happen? Do you have any tips on how to not be afraid of deep water? Also, Great job Laquesha!! You swam in the deep end so effortlessly! I cant wait until I'm able to do the same.

I think you should learn to float on your back as long as possible in the shallow water before you move to the deeper end of the water. Get used to dipping your face under water for longer too.

If you stay in water long enough you'll start growing fins
