Man thanks a lot! I have been learning swimming for more or less 60 days in a pool. Within 5 days, I grasped the basics but I have been struggling with breathing since then. I have seen a lot of videos but could not implement them consistently when I was swimming. After watching this video, 95% of my problem is solved. I hope within a day or two, the rest will be solved too. Like I said before, thanks again! You are a natural swimmer and teacher. You have a video on doggy paddle and that was the most effortless doggy paddle I have seen on the internet. I have tried to replicate your style of doggy paddle but naturally failed :v

Hey, no problem! I'm glad I could help. It's great to hear that you've been making progress with your swimming. Keep watching videos and working on your technique, and you'll be swimming like a pro in no time. As for the doggy paddle, I've been swimming for most of my life, so it's second nature to me. I'm happy to hear that my videos have been helpful to you. If you have any other questions, feel free to leave a comment below. And good luck with your swimming!

I have been a swimmer my whole life. I'm 46 and know I took swimming lessons as a kid but don't remember much about them. It feels more like an innate skill. However, I've always struggled with freestyle breathing. This is phenomenal. I want to try this next time I'm in the water.

Initially i could not breath while swimming. But now i can take breath for 4 or 5 times while swimming. But then i don't know what happens i end up standing in pool lol. Any tips to do free style swimming for longer distances?
@RocketSwimming2 ай бұрын
Great progress on your breathing! For longer distances, focus on maintaining a steady, relaxed rhythm with your strokes and breathing. Try to keep your body streamlined and avoid lifting your head too much when you breathe. Building endurance takes time, so keep practicing and stay patient. You've got this!
