Hi sloth. I just watched a cgb video and got an awesome idea. Please make a deck with Arcanis, Agathas Soul Cauldron and teferi temporal pilgrim. Every spirit token with a counter can draw three with Arcanis under the cauldron and even has vigilance and and and... 🤯

To be honest, I've seen this deck/interaction showcased long time ago by Ashlizzle, so I just didn't want to copy her idea - as I wasn't first to discover it :) That's the only reason deck wasn't showcased here, but I'm fully aware of the synergy since a long time:) But If you guys really want this combo to get a video (maybe even with Teferi, we will see) - upvote our Bro's Jonaskramer comment and if it's indeed the popular vote, we might reconsider :) ❤🦥🔥🔥🔥 And yeah, interaction with Teferi seems cool :)

@@SlothMtg My Cauldron 'brews' currently involve spiders/goblins with Twitching Doll/Krenko and Tribute to World Tree/Railway Brawler for instant counters, or just using Nine Lives Familiar/animated Calendar which have many counters anyway. With Enduring Courage or Agatha herself, everything has haste so you can go infinite.

I've seen a similar deck (including the red talent) months ago with Ral and Chandra instead of your big spells. Ral could easily replace the Storm in your version. Most people underestimate how fast you can get to its ultimate.

How come you can still use m19 cards on the deck? I thought the foundations have replaced it already? If I get these exact same cards, will I still be able to use it on standard format post Foundations release?

If card is reprinted in newer set that is standard-legal, you can use it in same way as you could use the same card - but from Foundations :) Most of veteran players have many of Foundations cards from older sets, so be careful with "craft all", as crafting will craft specific card, from specific set, even if you already have it from Foundations. I crafted many cards this way, that I didn't need to (I think I have 6x of some cards, before I noticed it). It's pretty confusing tbh, but hope I made it a bit more clear :)

@@SlothMtg that's cool info man and messed up on arena/mtgo side. There should be an auto replacement of a certain card if it does exist in one's collection with the same name. Hasbro is probably too lazy to have it programmed that way. I just crafted a ton of uncommon/commons for this deck that I probably already have lol. cheers

sloth check out brass bounty 6r sorcery create treasure tokens equal to the number of lands you control. this plus thousand year storm gives you enough mana to storm off if youve got 7 plus lands in play you can play your entire deck 😉 as long as you cast brass bounty second or third in the chain... this gives you enough mana to cast another brass bounty and several burn/draw spells to get to the following brass bounty

Yeah, I considered it for the build (I think for a moment we even had 1 in first versions), but wanted to make it a bit more defended vs aggro decks, but yeah - card is definitely way more fun than other choices, it will give some epic games:)

I wish I got matched with mono red with this deck. Out of 6 games in diamond I got 4 golgari demon decks and drew EVERY colorless land, 1 match with temur ramp where they used all 4 tear asunder to blow up every thousand year storm, and azorious where I again drew every colorless land. Game isn't giving me thanks on Thanksgiving. 0-6 so far and it's ridiculous

Tbh, I always feel that taking time to make decisions and make best plays is the whole point of the game, but appreciate opinion and noted:) It's always a balance - play too slow and comments say it's boring, play too fast and comments say you misplayed something or made a non-optimal call. So yeah, hard to get those things right for everyone :)🤷‍♂️ ❤🦥

this deck is doing nothing, you dont kill creatures forever, and you cant win this way in current meta. except if you are lucky to find 6 mana for niv, and he will be killed anyway by anything just after arriving.
