'No Accident' Sarah Boone to Claim Self-Defense at Suitcase Murder Trial

Sarah Boone's attorney, James Owens, told a surprised judge that his client planned to argue that she killed Jose Torres Jr. in self-defense, not by accident. Boone allegedly zipped up the victim into a suitcase, recorded him trying to get out, but left him to die overnight.

However, not only did Jorge’s Pitiful Pleas fall upon Deaf Ears, but SB who was thoroughly SLOSHED and Awash in Boones Farm then begins to Tease and Taunt Jorge until she eventually becomes BORED with it all and Retires to her bed 🛌 for the night, ultimately FORGETTING that Jorge was even still inside the suitcase. Sooo you tell me, WHERE in aLL of that is a case for Self Defense 🤷🏽‍♀️

Ok this is long but hear me out She had two options for defense. 1. Her defense is self defense. So her argument is that she zipped him in a suitcase rendering him not a threat, then sat there for a period of hours torturing him as he slowly died because he is a prick. 2. Or her defense could have been it was an accident. He climbed in the bag willingly, he let her zip him up, they were both very very drunk, she was so drunk she doesn’t remember filming the 3 minute video and passed out in bed because they were both very very drunk. Deeming it accidental. Why would the chose self defense. There is no way to claim self defense when the decedent isn’t a threat.
