Ingredients🌱
Base:
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2tbsp coconut flour
- 1 scoop Vega Sport Protein Peanut Butter
Top layer:
- 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Method 🥣
Base:
1. Mix wet ingredients first and then add dry ingredients
2. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and spread the base to form a uniform layer
Top layer:
1. Melt chocolate chips in microwave and add the coconut oil for creaminess
2. Spread chocolate evenly over the base
3. Refrigerate for 1 hour
4. Cut and enjoy
