Probably the most creative cheesecake recipe I've seen in a while. Nice that you showed it more love by giving it a thicker crust. I find that the crust in cheesecake adds a nice variation in taste so a suitably thick crust is appreciated!!!1

Hi there! :) The gelatine is required to hold the shape of the cake, so if you don't use enough it may not hold it's shape :)

Why can’t you make it so we can get the recipe you are making? You have the ingredients but no instructions. And it can’t be printed. I can’t go to your recipes and get the recipe either. For example, you made a beautiful strawberry cheesecake and I am not able to get that particular recipe. Hope this helps others with this issue.
