I made garlic soup with vegetables commonly found at home.
Usually, when making soup, butter and flour are added for flavor.
Omit to make it healthier,
It's made in a different way, and it's really creamy and delicious.
Garlic has the properties of warming the body.
I think it would be really good to eat it as a soup like this in the cold winter.

[Serves 4-5 people]
✤ Ingredients
60g(17-20pieces) Garlic
219g, 1 Medium size onion
140g, 1 Green onion
350g 2 Medium-sized potatoes (weight before peeling)
50ml Olive oil (when stir-frying vegetables)
100ml Heavy cream
350ml Water (or chicken broth, vegetable broth)
16g(1Tbsp) Chicken stock
3-4 Pinches of salt
A little pepper powder
✤ Croutons
Baguette (can be use toast bread)
Olive Oil
Parsley (optional)

You can use minced garlic instead of whole garlic (just use fresh ones)
