Lovely video. Would love to see a grocery haul tailored for a single person who wants to eat fresh & healthy without a lot of waste.

Interesting idea...if you'd kindly clarify for me please, do you mean so fresh produce isn't wasted or how to turn leftovers into other meals or did you have something else in mind? :)

I’m not sure. As a senior single in a rental apt I have a small side by side refrigerator/freezer so not a lot of room for storage. I like leafy green salads with a variety of veggies, cheese, and walnuts; also eat a fair amount of tuna or chicken salads; main dishes usually include ground beef, chicken, salmon, or are meatless. I also like to make soup. I like basic, simple to follow recipes with common spices and ingredients. Thank you for your reply, and I hope I answered your question.

I love making sandwiches wrapped in foil, and placed in the oven when our boys were still living at home. I remember cooking them when the boys had groups of friends over! I'm glad to be reminded of them, especially the idea of using butter with herbs. I always learn so much from your videos, so thank you!!😍

This is so helpful! My friend works from home, and we can’t spend every lunch at a restaurant or pizza joint, but he needs to get out of the house. These sandwiches and their prep are perfect. He’ll still have time to get some sunshine and fresh air.

...Such a good idea, with the Freezer Sammmiches ! ..I agree.. Adding Sliced Red Pepper, or the Jarred Roasted Red Pepper to the Sammiches would be delicious, as well as thinly sliced Red onions. Thank you for a timely Video, eith Warmer Weather showing up and a way to have " No Cooking " meal options at the ready ! Love the Apron...and you always look so put together, and lovely. Blessings ~

Thank you for this wonderful delicious idea. Would like to see more videos of meals, or sides cooked in the toaster oven, microwave and/or air fryer so not to heat up the house this summer. Thank you for always teaching me something new .

From 🇺🇸, I have all my subscriptions marked “All”, but I rarely ever see a notification, unless there is a reply to a comment and then not always. Frankly, I’m glad. That would be annoying.

Even though I work 12-hour days 4 days a week, I try to use my crockpot, airfryer and breadmaker so that my European husband can have some of the things he would eat in.his native country. I use my off days to cook one extra breakfast, lunch and dinner for the following day. However, I like this sandwich idea, so I'll try this too!
