do them so your knees get stronger and more stabilized but at the same time if your knees are hurting you should rest them probally because it can be overwork

Update guys, i think i made some progress i didn't become consistent in the first week but when i started to become consistent this workout are becoming a light work my rest day are only sunday and Wednesday now im trying some new plyometric workout you guys should try it too

If you are hardcore these won't leave sore muscles and will increase overall vertical, but be cautious if your knee becomes sore take a break.

im going to try this workout for a month to see how well it boosts my performance so far day 1 I finished it and my vert is 27.5 inches from measuring my standing height to my maximum jumping height, hopefully I can get my vert to 30 inches by the end of the month!

guys ima be doing these 3 times a week for one month straight along with 50 squat jumps and 100 calf raises, and 100 jumping jacks, i will update on progress 2 weeks in: To be honest, i only did this workout 3 times in the past 2 weeks, but im going to stop slacking. Im currently 14 and 5'10 and my vertical jump is 22 inches, my goal is for it to be 30 inches. If my vertical jump isnt 25 inches in a month then im dropping this workout. It’s january 24th 2024, ive decided to pick this stuff back up again. Im 15 years old now and 5’11. I do this workout on my leg day which is about twice a week. I started playing basketball a lot in person recently and i really want to be able to dunk. I will continue to do this with 100 jumping jacks and 100 calf raises. Not sure about the jump squats though

Also, I already noticed results but its probably placebo. Thanks for motivation

Knees over toes guy has some great things on knee pain. You should try his nordic and reverse nordic curls as well as walking backwards. Then you can do wall sits too and there is an asian guy that knees over toes guy recommends. I will share their videos with you in this comment thread.

The amount of time you’re doing it for you rest 5times that time. So if you workout a set for 30 seconds you multiply it by five which is 2 and a half minutes and rest that amount
