I used to be just like you, exactly like you actually. Depressed for over a year and it really is hard to just wake up I understand you perfectly. Sometimes it felt like a drug, like you're addicted to being sad or being depressed cuz you've been depressed for so long. Only You are able to change that for yourself, as much as you want someone to save you it won't happen, ik your religous and stuff so keep that faith, marry it and try know that God has a plane for you , and its exciting , we should rejoice in the gift of life and not fall onto the devils lies, one being depression. that wasn't exactly what got me out of my depression but it might help even by 1%, it will do something. I hope you escape yourself soon. and you are beautiful

@@BoyzJitsu thank you so much ! I’m glad you were able to get out of your depression I really try my best to get out but I guess you’re right . It’s really like I’m addicted to being sad because that’s pretty much something I’ve felt my whole life . Thanks for the advice ! I am indeed the only one who can change my life I just am still so clueless where to start

Its ok even i dont have , i hate my life cause i didnt get my favorite career, but the world is so cruel and i end up as a wild animal

When im sad i listen to music to let all thats going on inside out🤘. And just going outside and just walk around town look around. Watch tv or go on computer and shop etsy. As for friends i dont have that much less than 10 like 6 or 5ish. So I know where you're coming from, life can be lonely but you are stronger than you know. And besides you have us on KZbin if you need to talk to someone or somebody 🙏👍🌈❤️‍🔥

Life is so unfair. But don’t forget you are loved. I feel the same way too. If we were in the same country I would immediately ask you to hang out together at the library and have coffee everyday. 😊

hey, first off, of course you deserve good things, i mean, how many do you think really can stand and "be real" like you do in this video? life is a rollercoaster no doubt about that and yes, everyone is experiencing it but managing it in different ways.

as someone who is prob twice your age and can basically relate, some advice, if you want. 1-do not start smoking weed or doing drugs, it will take a lot of years from you and you will get NOTHING out of it. i think you (and i) the type where that will be all that you will do and that\s not fun to pick up the pieces after. 2-find a way to make money that you're at least ok with. it will give you something to focus on AND money will literally make everything easier/better. you will get confidence, there's nothing like having money. dont worry, you will have plenty of time to do creative things so dont feel like you have to choose between a soul sucking career or following your passion. *money makes everything better and easier* also: -make sure your sleep is good because thats super important. consistent time every night. turn off ALL screens and lights 3 or 4 hours before bed and read books to wind down(think of ending your day like landing an airplane). you cant do ANYTHING if your sleep is bad! try reading watership down by richard adams -eat only whole foods (google cronometer and you can design your diet to be nutritionally complete) most of the time. -find an exercise routine like HIIT by joe wicks and do it 6 times a week, one day off. i do mine in the morning right when i wake up. it helps. when exercising you should push yourself but do NOT go that hard and get crazy sore. just a bit is fine. drink 2-3 litres of water per day, spaced out. -download a step counter app on your phone and try to walk 5000 steps every day. it's not that much but the difference between that and being sedentary is a massive improvement. heed my words young one and you will reap the fruits of life
