No Hands No Knees Get Up. Did you know if it can get down on the floor and also get up from the floor without using your hands or knees, you will have more longevity? I made an old video showing 7 different ways I thought of to get up off the floor without using hands or knees. As I was stretching out yesterday, I discovered another way and it's actually easier than the other ways. Let me know if you tried it out :)

In traditional northern Chinese Kung Fu you have the sit down stance and the monkey stance you just did both from the lotus position. In the Tai Chi 48 white snake spits poison does 2 monkey stances.Really cool.ℹ️💯✅❤️👍👌✝️🙏🗡️🥷☯️😎

I'm Chinese, Male 48 years old and I didn't think there were people not capable of getting up from lotus or your position like you did. I'm serious, siu tché! So it's an uncommon skill? 😳

Yes, sadly the lack of movement and deep squatting in Western society have made this very difficult for most people

She used her knees so she’s a gonner. She’s so insistent on not using her knees, I really thought she was going to levitate.
