Truly beginner. Glad i found this video. I'm very unfit and get tired within 5 minutes into any other workout video. And I give up totally because I don't feel good enough in the end. I've been able to workout for 3 continuous days because it is just the right amount of challenging and easy. Thank you.

I was never so proud to say i did it. I finally did it. All 28 minutes. I pushed myself, i wanted to give up, but I didnt. Thank you for this amazing workout.

I also started this video thinking it was too easy for me, but I worked up a good sweat as the workout progressed! Love the exercise previews, as well as the sounds for changing sides or counting down the last few reps.

At the start of the program, I thought I will not get sweat on this. But I am very wrong. I got sweaty and my heart was pumping before the program ended. Thanks! Well done work up.

I saw a friend following you and doing the workouts! Thought I should give it a try and so glad I did!!! The routines look so easy but I am sweating so much more than I did when I worked out with my $100/hr pt at the gym😅already feeling more fit after 6days of your sessions!

This is great. A lot of these "beginner-friendly" workouts on KZbin are not beginner friendly at all. Most of the time I just can't finish these workouts and feel like a failure for days bc depression, but this time I was actually able to finish this. Don't get me wrong I was ✨️struggling✨️ and sweating waterfalls, but it was manageable. Thank you so much for taking the time to make something for unhealthy and unfit beginners like me🥺❤️

I’m part with many issues on my healthy by spine ( on spine been two times surgery, me shoulder bone tear in there and my knee too ) but very comfortable feeling with this program form your 💐. Thanks so much I want my health be strong same before . ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

Every pregnancy is different. I could do some workout when i was pregnant with my first child but not with the second one because of some complications. this workout is not intense but I think you should ask your doctor 😊❤️
