I just did 10 minutes and 14 seconds of this video and I'm dripping in sweat. I'm a big woman and I'm proud of myself for trying it out. Now I'm more determined to finish this workout.

Hi everyone. I'm a girl who is trying to loose weight. I'm 18 now and weigh 78 kgs. My goal is 70 for now. I did this workout and yes it worked for me. Not just this I did this workout 3 days a week and other day I added HIIT workouts and Pilates and Sundays dance. As it is said not one workout will help u but variety of workout will help u loose weight. But still I did this 3 times a week. And in addition I underwent diet. Not cutting food but avoided sugars, and salty and oily food a lot. And as Indian it wasn't easy but I eat whatever my mum gave that's it. Nothing other outside food. And yet a Lil cheat meal once a week or once in 2 weeks like a candy or ice cream. 😅. Trust me good home food, exercise, and good lifestyle works. And now I lost 2kgs in 3 weeks. I'm 76 now. Yay. THANK YOU emi. She played a big part in my life. ❤❤❤❤

Im a big girl. I started 3days ago, im on intermitten fasting. When i wake up i drink a cup of warm water with 1tbs lemon & honey, do this exercise, drink enough water & start the meals on 12. lunch, fruit for snacks, dinner before 6pm, sleep on 9, repeat. I lost almost 3kg already. From 101kg to 98,15kg. We can do it!!! Fighting! 💪🤩 Update: im 96kg now. I know, it's slow, right? It's Ramadhan anyway, a fasting month. so i do lighter exercise like simple stretching, walking every morning for 3-5k steps & cycling before ifthar for only abt 2-3km. Don't forget, enough water! I have no Idea if I should comment this. I'm someone with a really weak metabolism at the age of 16. I have been constantly Fat-shamed since my childhood. The last time I finished a long workout was when I was having a mental break down. Now, After 2 years, I could finally finish a workout without skipping through nor slacking behind. Her enthusiasm and cheering up nature made me push through it. Honestly, I dropped to the floor while ugly crying. I was so proud of myself. I will stay consistent and work hard with this workout. Once Again, Thank you Emi, I lost 15 pounds with your workouts last year. Might be a small achievement but it's a really a big deal for me. 💖 Edit: Thanks to everyone of you, that are encouraging with such sweet & motivational words. It really means alot to me. I would like to update that I stopped doing this workout. I'm doing dance workouts {including Emi} nowadays & achieving my goals. I wish you guys the best. Thank you so much again 😭💞

User Hey ladies, if you're reading this, please hit the like button to bring me back here! Started my workout journey today 24th April 2024 I’m 56kgs now with 145cm tall which is not ideal! For some reason, I'm aiming to reach my goal of 43kgs by the end of Summer so it is 13kgs in 4-5m to go Every one of you said you sweat a lot but I didn't sweat a single drop until halfway through the video, where may gave me the sense to work harder, but I do feel my heart liked how she beat and this empowerment drove me to keep going. For the first time ever, I completed an entire exercise routine without giving up after just 10 minutes! I'm incredibly proud of myself for sticking with it, and I hope to maintain this wonderful feeling moving forward. I know many of you can relate to this amazing sense of achievement. Did this for a month (rest during period). I'm really satisfied with the results. I loss 7lbs without diet, my waist became smaller and my arms looked tone. Next month, I'm gonna try other more intense workouts and stick to this as well. Thanks Emi❣️

Okay I'm gonna add my comment too! guys I've been an obese child for my whole life and I was bodyshamed throughout my whole life now I'm 22 and still fighting to lose weight but thanks to emi, I was super depressed and she helped me go through this faze of my life by her workouts, I was 110 kgs last year and now I'm 87kgs. and still going on..... Omg. This workout looked easy but when I actually did it.. my muscles are crying. My fat is crying (sweat lol), IM CRYING. I’m so proud of myself for finishing this. I’m a bigger woman so this was hard but I pushed myself and completed the entire video without pausing!! I’m so glad I came across your channel!!

Im 163 cm and my weight used to be 58 now its 70kg! Its insane although my body looks good but i do extra fat in my arms, thighs and stomach. I dont know but i was always insecure about my arms and would love to wear spaghetti straps tops 😢and braless tops and my stomach also giving me insecurity bc i cant wear stretchy tops or dress SO i made a deal to lose fat and be at 58-57kg for now and hope to maintain til the end of the year. Im planning on losing 4-5 kg by june 1st (today is april 24,2024) Im only going to stick to this workout every other day ideally in morning 🌅 And walk on the days I don't workout bc I don't want to wash myhair daily 😢( I'm watching her 1 hr walking on other days ) Im also going to drink water or water 💦 w fruits or lemon daily and do intermittent fasting and definitely use that time as an opportunity to eat more veggies since i hate those and stick to more protein based 🥑 food. Anyways here is my daily schedule: Day 1: Wed: ✅ 2❎ 3✅ 4✅ only did 22 min 5✅did 43 min! So proud ❤ 6 🚶‍♀️✅1 hr walking 7 ✅ workout done ( only 20 min) and eating much less and cutting on late night craving 8 ✅🚶‍♀️1 hr walking ( for may 2nd) 9 ✅🏋️‍♀️ 30 min workout yayy 10 ✅1 hr walking (may 4th) 11 ✅ 1+ hr walking at night (may 5th) 12 ❎no workout from may 6-13 😢 13 ✅ workout today ( may 14) for 17 min ( still proud bc i literally wanted to take nap instead lol) 14 day 14! Been 2 weeks of days i actually did work out. ✅ May 18 done! 15

I have a round face ever since I was a child and no matter how much I lose fat my face shape won't change ...which is Okk people do Botox and filler to get that shape :) I stopped for over a week now due to finals and been eating late night 😢but I'm back today 💪 we got this !

I started doing this workout on 14 Nov with 164 cm height and 68.8 weight. I am doing a little bit of diet and avoiding junk food as much as I can. I will keep updating every day as I do this exercise. Day 1 - ✅ (14 Nov) Day 2 - ✅ Day 3 - ✅ Day 4 - ✅ Day 5 - ✅ Day 6 - ❎ Day 7 - ✅ (Weight update : 68.3kg) Day 8 - ✅ Day 9 - ✅ Day 10 - ✅ Update: So after 10 days i was travelling alot and because of that couldn't do the excercise everyday. But I was able to do it thrice in a week. Now it has been week since I have started doing it everyday again. Today is 7th day and I have checked my weight it is 66.8 kg.🥰 I mean wow. Just 25 days and lost 2 kgs. I was not able to do it because of my schedule but I'm sure if I would have done it properly I would have lost more weight. I might have lost my water weight but still it is reduce and I'm very happy with it. All you need to do is do excercise regularly, avoid junk food and drink alot of water. That's all. You might see the changes slowly but slow weight lose stays for long. So whoever is doing this excercise don't loose hope and keep doing it... You can do it😉

I have decided to do this and keep y'all updated! I started from 20th May I am a 14year old tryna lose weight before her summer break Weight: 63.4 Kg (Target:- 45Kg) Height; 150cm Along with this I do 2-3 more exercises & sometimes I cycle at home, usually I do 50mins of exercise, I also count my calories and do a 12hr intermittent fasting at night. I had also did this earlier for 4 days and lost around 600grms but I broke my streak and ate junk so I am doing this again Day 1:- ✅ (63.4kg) Day 2:- ✅ (63.2kg) Day 3:- ✅ (63kg) Day 4:- Only did 10 mins today, because my stomach was in pain (62.5kg) {because of intermittent fasting} Day 5:- ✅ (62.8kg)

Goal: reduce at least 13kgs from 56kgs by the end of Summer Here are some updates: Day 1- 😳 Feeling ok. Not really sweat, I know this is a red flag that I must go harder the next day. Day 2- 😳 Push myself harder, and start sweating! But super sleepy after not sure why. Day 3- 😳 Added 10 mins back exercise before returning to this video. Glad I did it. Weekend breaks - SAT and SUN for family - My back and neck are starting back to a good posture, I can feel confident as well as my chest and chin are up naturally when standing and walking. Day 4- 😳 Finished 10 mins shoulders exercise + 20 mins legs + 10 mins arm exercise, 20 mins break before starting this 30 mins walking workout! I love this feeling of being productive and keeping all muscles in a good posture without forcing myself all the time to do so. Day 5- 😳 Finished 10 mins shoulders exercise + 10 mins arm exercise, but replaced legs exercise to 10 mins HIIT to bring up a lil bit of fresh straight. Always a 20 mins break starting this 30-minute walking workout. I can clearly feel my body has elevated as I can catch up with the posture better than before now. Day 6- 😳 1hrs walking outdoor + 10 mins shoulder exercise before starting this 30-minute walking workout. TBH my muscles ache actually killing me so bad, so I decided to give myself an easy day. AND oh yes I've lost 1.5kgs! Besides, my mind has been asking for sugar and junk food from the first day, wish me luck on beating chocolate! Day 7- 😳 Exercises are done! However, I was wondering how much water should we drink? Some say 2L+your weight*1.5, I'm trying to reach that amount of water but it gains weight back! Day 8- 😳 My weight is back not sure why... but my belly seems lighter than the day before I do the workout! Let's keep going. Day 9- 😳 OMG I know some of us may concerned about the breaks between everyday exercise, BUT I found it helpful after taking a long weekend break. Not to mention muscle ache has gone! Day 10- 😳 Finished some exercises even kills Day 11- 😳 So sorry girls my depression beat me down, I didn't make it today. Day 12- 😳 30 mins walking workout done. I think my belly is slightly turned smaller than before. Day 13- 😳 TMB to move but it is shit hard when depression comes. 30 mins walking workout + HIIT. Day 14- 😳 15 Min Full Body Stretch + 30 mins walking workout. I can;t see the result yet but I do think it's always better than sitting and over-eating Day 15- 😳 ofc my period break the chain Day 16- 😳 I think my weight hasn't reduced because of my period (and over-eating) Day 17- 😳 Day 18- 😳 Day 19- 😳tmr is the 20th day of this and I will stop the bus of long comments as from the stand of being thinner I don't really see the result yet from the mirror. However on the other hand I found my muscles are back to a better posture now which means the workout had done sth in some way Day 20- 😳 cheers

Started in April...it's been 2 months now, and I haven't noticed any major changes. My body has become toned and I feel more energetic and stronger. I have been following this workout for a week now and I can see that there has been quite a lot of improvement in me. I used to complain about my left knee because it was so painful, but now it's gone! I got hospitalized because of severe stiff neck. I can still feel the pain after taking medicines, but after doing this cardio exercise for a week, I no longer feel the pain on my neck! Thanks Emi Wong! 🥰

Start: 49.4 kg Target: 44-45 kg Been doing this for 4 days, I don’t see a huge difference yet but I’ll do this for a while and I’ll update after 2 weeks ☺️ UPDATE: As promised, here’s what I’ve noticed after 14 days. Also take note that I’m in a calorie deficit! Because of that, I’ve cut down on sugary drinks and chips for better results. I still eat what I like but I don’t do it regularly, and I made sure to eat in moderation. Unfortunately I haven’t reached my target weight yet after doing this but I lost 2kg ! It was really difficult to be consistent during the first few days of doing this, but thankfully I was able to follow along. Just remember to not rush this workout if you seem to find yourself struggling so I suggest to give yourself a break for awhile and continue! That’s all for now 😊

I’m going to update here for real. So Im a girl with pcos. Since this year April I started to reverse the pcos and get in fit. I started my weight loss journey from April 8th I started to do walking in the evening atleast 30-40 minutes ( max 3-5k steps ) and I’m an Indian so I follow simple diet. So I was already able to see visible changes after a week. I was 98kgs after one week of walking and diet I lost around 1-2 kgs I started to do this exercise from April 18th i will update after one week to see if any improvements. Thanks for the workout. I hope this will help me a bit to get rid of that stubborn belly fat. And before you start judging if I am eating clean. I started with Next Level Diet two months ago and it’s working great but every tips and workouts are welcomed.

Weight --73. Goal--60 Day -01✅ Day-02✅ Day-03✅ Day-04✅ Day-05✅ Day-06❌ Day-07 ✅ Total weight now - 72 And may be i am not loosing much weight but i feel lost in inches and more healthy and i am not doing any dieting or intermittent fasting still doing this excercise daily 1st 7 days completed Day-8✅ Day-9✅ Day-10❌ Day-11✅ Day-12❌ Day-13❌ Day-14✅ Total weight now- 71kg Yeah 2nd 7 days challenge is bit different because i have exams so i am not able to do it daily but i tried to complete 10k steps when i am not able to do exercise and this time i avoid fast food and sugar...but i am so happy i still lose 1 kg Day-15 Day-16 Day-17 Day-18 Day-19 Day-20 Day-21

Guys A gentle Reminder: Don't take shower immediately after any workout. Let your body come to a normal temperature and normal heart beat. Then , take a shower.

Thanks Emi for this walking workout. It's been a week since I started doing your exercise. At first, I was extremely exhausted and didn't catch up with your motion. Been doing this workout with a calorie deficit and 16:8 intermittent fasting every 4:30am. My arms are getting slimmer now and I also noticed i’m losing belly fat. Here’s my progress so far I haven’t weighed myself yet 😢 i'm 4'11 with a 31inch waist Day 1 - ✅ Day 2 - ✅ Day 3 - ✅ Day 4 - ✅ Day 5 - ✅ Day 6 - ✅ Day 7 - ✅ Day 8 - ✅ Day 9 - ✅ Day 10 - ✅ Day 11 - rest Day 12 - ✅ Day 13 - ✅ Day 14 - rest Day 15 - ✅ Day 16 - ✅ - collar bones is finally showing 🙌🏼 ---------- will update this soon :)

Today I tried to do cardio workout, which was way too hard for me (I only restarted my fitness journey 4 months ago after 4 year break). After lasting only 15 minutes, I quickly searched for something more doable and found this video. It was really great! I was sweating but had fun, will be doing this workout on my cardio days 👍 😊

I've always struggled with following workouts even when I was a teenager. Now I'm 23 and with the beginning of 2023 I sweared to myself I will finally do it like properly this time. I'm on my 10th day actually and you're the first trainer that keeps me motivated. I did it one time a day for the first week and now I'm doing it twice. I'm mixing this workout with your 45 min walking cardio & 30 min HIIT. I'm starting to see very small changes but everything in this world takes time :) thank you for keeping me motivated & i'll update when i reach 14th day :)

Yesterday I only could do this for 5 mins and I had to take a rest. Then I did 5 more mins and gave up. But today I do it for 30 mins and take one more rest to catch my breath. I love how we can improve our strength and our health if we are constant and committed to exercising (and healthy eating as well.) I also have 2 tips here. If you’re working out at home, try write something or stick some new vocabulary on the wall because it will help distract you from feeling exhausted and drained of energy. And when you walk, tryna walk happily, use your hands more to feel like you’re enjoying this so much. This tricks your brain into thinking of this exercise as fun and interesting so you can’t wait to keep exercising.

Yo!! So.. I'm quite obese for a 14-year-old, I guess around 85 Kg (I've not checked for months so maybe I gained more). So!! I started doing this workout today (3/12/2024). I am willing to lose weight and my progress will be posted (I will update the weight after each week.) Day 1-✅ Day 2-✅ Day 3-✅ Day 4-✅ (I went on a vacation for 4 days, and alas I gained weight again. BUT I AM GONNA DO IT!!! No more excuses anymore.) Day 5- I paused it at 5:56 (IDK why I wasn't feeling the same motivation) YEAHH... I didn't give up-- I lost 5 Kgs (not with this workout) but I will continue this one from the scratch for a week!!! Let's go.. Present Age- 14 Present Weight- 80 Day 1- ✅ Day 2- ✅ Day 3- ✅ Day 4- ✅ Day 5- ✅ Day 6- ✅ Day 7- ✅ 1 Week challenge done!!! YAYY!! So, proud of myself!!!

@@sab7591 For me a lot of her exercises aren’t too hard to get through, but I still feel that burn in whatever area I’m working on and I need less breaks than with some other workouts. So far her stuff has been effective for me. But keep in mind that I only started using her videos recently, and I haven’t done this specific workout video yet.

@@sab7591 I hope you find what works for you. 😊 Another benefit I enjoy with her workouts is that a lot of them are low impact, so if you live in an apartment or if you workout on a second floor of your house, the people below you won’t have to hear thuds. Maybe that’s something I’ll have to deal with as I get more in shape like you and need some harder workouts 😅. Good luck on your fitness journey (or new lifestyle if that’s how you view it).

Day 01 .. it was great and intense Edit :- Day 05 .. doing it for 5 days.. skipped one day in the middle..but added 30-45 mins steps everyday in my routine.. When I started I was 62 kg.. let's see how much weight I can decrease 🤞🏻 pray for me pleaseee y'all ✨ Edit :- lost 2kgs in 2 weeks :')

Hello Emi, I started workout 2 months ago with this video, then I found your 45 minutes walking cardio and I stick with it for a month. I didn't expect anything at that time, because I just want to move my body more. Unexpectedly, I lose about 2 kg and my body feels lighter. Then, I managed to do fasting so I could lose more weights. I back doing workout with this video again because I think 30 minutes workout is enough for me. Also, I can't find more suitable workout than this video. This workout is easy and impactful. From 64.5 kg, now my weight is 61.7. Thank you for creating this video. I wish I could continue this habit forever.
