** 1cup(250ml) & 1Tbsp(15ml) ** I wrote measuring cup measurement as a service, but I use and recommend โgโ measurement. *
โทwater 105g (105ml) *have to adjust how much water you need(must follow video)
โทmilk 105g (105ml)
โทinstant dry yeast 3g (3/4tsp)
โทsugar 30g (2Tbsp+1tsp)
โทsalt 5g (1tsp)
โทmelted butter 15g (15ml) *If you want more butter flavor use 20g(ml) of butter
โทbread flour 300g (2cups)

๐ IMPORTANT NOTE ๐
๐ If your fridge temperature is lower than 4โ/39โ(recommended temperature 5โ/41โ), morning fermentation takes more time than mine. Also, the lower the fridge temperature, the longer it will take.

A : The proofing time at the room temperature is not that long in this recipe. So, you donโt need to worry. Itโs not a big issue. Just make sure your fridge temperature is below 5โ

๐ How to keep it
Put it in a food container and store it at room temperature. It is delicious to eat within 2 days. Or, when the bread is fresh, it is frozen and then naturally defrosts and have it.
If you already sliced bread, you can toast sliced frozen bread in a toaster directly. (Easy + Good!)
