No Knead Soft Milk Bread 😍

If you don't like kneading, this is the perfect recipe for you. Here’s how to make this Soft Milk Bread without kneading, just use a spatula to mix.
Ingredients;
1 cup warm milk (250ml)
1/4 cup milk powder (33g)
1 egg and 1 egg yolk
3 tablespoons sugar (45g)
2 and 1/4 teaspoon instant yeast (7g)
1/4 cup melted unsalted butter (50-60ml)
3 and 1/4 cups all purpose flour (400g)or you can use bread flour
1 tsp salt (4g)
Plus melted butter or oil for drizzling
1. MIx all the wet ingredients first, then add flour and salt. Mix until well incorporated.
2. Drizzle with melted butter, then cover for 40 minutes or until doubled in size.
3. Drizzle with oil and mix again. Then cover for 30 minutes.
4. Punch out the air in the dough, then divide the dough into 12 equal pieces or 77g each.
5. Roll and smooth into a ball. Cover it for 10 minutes.
6. Roll out and flatten each ball. Roll into a log. PInch the edges to seal.
7. Place in a greased baking pan.
8. Cover for 25 minutes to proof.
9. Brush with egg wash (1 egg + 2 Tbsp milk)
10. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C/350F for 20-22 minutes or until golden.
