After trying out so many recipies, I came across yours. I tried it today. It came out beautifully. I used 8"X4" loaf mould, but the dough rose to 5.5". It's so soft fluffy. It's beyond my expectations. EXCELLENT RECIPE. Thank you so much for the recipe. One change I made - I used, single proofing. The instant yeast I use, it works best on single proofing.

This is absolutely the BEST nonknead whole wheat bread I have everrrrr done. The taste is great, its moist and filling. So i did this bread on the evening of Friday 19th May 2023 for Sabbath lunch on Saturday. My church family loved it!!!!!!!! My family loved it, i increased on the recipie(which was so wasy to do!!!) And made 5 loaves...by Sabbath morning I saw 3😂😂😂😂😂. One of the things I would try with your recipies is to make it vegan..because I would like to share with my vegan friends as well(I am also trying to go vegan). Much love and appreciation from Trinidad and Tobago a beautiful twin Island on the Southern end of the Island Chain in the Caribbean(close to Venezuela). I am going to subscribe for sure. Have done the white bread like this and works really well. Just made a wholewheat loaf this morning using another recipe (added LSA mix) so this one will have to wait. I bake bread in the morning, have sandwiches for lunch then put the rest sliced straight into the freezer. And its usually slightly warm still. Thaws out as though it was just made.

Excellent recipe. I tried many recipes earlier from KZbin but all failed. Then, a couple of days ago I came across your recipe. I tried it out yesterday evening. Oh!! It came out so fluffy and soft and the bread had risen like a cloud! I use 8"X4" loaf mould abd the bread had risen to 5.5". OMG!! It's so beautiful!! I made a few alterations. I used single proofing. The instant yeast I use works best on single proofing. And I used butter and oil in 50:50 ratio. Thank you so much for this perfect recipe. By the way, I follow your white bread recipe also for quite a long time now. That recipe is equally good and excellent. ❤❤

I admit I was nervous about the late stage addition of butter but this was darn good bread. I added 3 folding sessions after the first rest, with 30 min rests after each folding, then a 1 hr proof before going in the pan
