I've heard that you could heat up the bottom of a metal spoon on the stove and then use the heat from it to melt the sugar.

When me and my mom made creme brulee we actually melted the sugar first and then put it on. you don't always have to torch the sugar. There are many ways to do it

I would watch his cooking videos and pretend like I was back home. I would sleep but can still hear all the sound my family members make while cooking breakfast. It's so cool to see these videos give me the exact peaceful feeling like I used to feel back home.

片栗粉の代わりですよ。あんまり良質な片栗粉って売ってないので、オーガニックのタピオカ澱粉の方が僕の場合は手に入れやすいので。

Wondered myself same questioning thing, Then, beneath a video, in describe Suddenly I've found this Ingredients: 100g banana 200g coconut milk 200g any vegan milk(I used soy milk) 50g cane sugar 30g tapioca starch(any other starch can be substitution) 1/2 tsp agar powder a quarter piece of vanilla beans 2 tsp cane sugar
