There is a really cool video where he shows how he shoots his videos. He uses scales to measure the whole packet of ingredients and pours it for the desired shot. If he needs to add more, he does so off camera :)

Today's western culture needs this so much. Patience, dedication, quality over quantity. Someone mentioned you don't even use artificial lightning. Because everything got it's time. And the way you shoot those videos shows it. Long shots, we can see everything from the begginging to the end. No some fast action grating with 10 different angles over a damn lemon. That's pure craftsmanship. Pure, patient and confident craftsmanship. You know you(and you actions) are interesting enough for us and you don't need to add more.
