@actuallyasriel

In the pumpkin spice latte video, he ground up an "air ginger" because ginger was SUPPOSED to be used in the recipe but it turned out he didn't have any on hand. So here, the next video with the shredder, he made a little callback to it.

+Pau Nii For this recipe, miso and soy sauce have similar taste so I just didn't use soy sauce this time!

dnguyen253 true. In his lemon meringue tart video, he used chickpea juice for something he could've easily used egg whites for.

I know that you shouldn't bring to boil the miso paste, because it kills all the good enzimes that lives in miso, which make miso so good for your health... You should add it in the very end, when water is not boiling anymore. Isn't that right?

Was it because the video was so peaceful? The first thought to strike me was "he has beautiful hands". Strong, capable .. Please don't say it, I'm stunned myself - I didn't expect to become distracted. I found myself waiting to catch a glimpse of him. When I did, I thought how handsome he was. I know the this was a "how to" cooking segment and it was done exceptionally well. The process was explained simply and the presentation was artistic. I'm a bit bewildered as my attention doesn't usually wander so I'll close with a quiet thank you for a lovely video.
