[No Music] How to make Fresh Lemon Mint Juice

This is another recipe that inspired me in Egypt. enjoy ;)

Ingredients:
100g peeled lemon
5g mint leaves
20g sweetener(I used maple syrup)
200g carbonated water or just water
Instruction:
1. Blend lemon and mint with a little amount of water until smooth.
2. strain the mixture.
3. add maple syrup and carbonated water.

作り方
１、レモン、ミント、少量の水をブレンダーにかける。
２、茶こしなどを使用して繊維などを取り除く。

There are so many things I absolutely love in your videos; the lack of pretentious, overly cheerful music, how you zoom in on the preparation of the delicacies, and how neat and effective you are. It feels very satisfying and it makes watching a wholesome experience.

It truly is an art. And the sound quality is amazing, but not overly sensitive to where you hear each and every sound. Like, we get those nice knife cutting sounds and the movement of the ingredients, but we don't hear breathing or background noise. rosi rosan yeah. all sugar is made of the same two things. fructose and glucose. white sugar is the worst for you because it's addictive. some sugars taste sweeter than others so substitutions are usually made

another easy way to make this drink is using some cocktail techniques: in a Boston shaker cup, gently macerate the mint with a sweetener, then add freshy squeezed lemon juice and ice. shake it till it's cold, strain it finely in a cup and add the carbonated water. I bet tonic water would be great as well. 😊

Steeping the mint in lemon juice with the sugar added over low heat would probably yield a cleaner product. Flash blending the mint leaves muddles the taste of mint. Or if you wanted you could add the mint leafs into your soda syphon. The CO2 actually would force infuse the mint oils into the water. To take it a step further you could zest lemons and add a hand full of mint leafs, lightly muddle in your soda syphon and then add water and charge it with the CO2 giving you flavored soda. (Shake soda syphon and double charge. then chill, and serve)
