So authentic even my grandmom would be impressed! The shaping of the dough, the classic potato stuffing and the fresh chutney was on point. Thanks a lot for sharing!

Hi man, Oil should be more hotter, else samosas absorb more oil than required. Otherwise it was amazing to see Indian snacks go world wide

finally an authentic way of making samosas..otherwise for non indian chefs samosa is all about draping a potato with thin pastry sheets ;'D
@juankarenf6 жыл бұрын
Priti Prabha but you dont do samosa with bread flour, do you? You need chickpea flour, or maybe I'm wrong
@r12-z1v6 жыл бұрын
JK: No, not chickpea flour. Regular whole wheat flour.
@dreamer64324 жыл бұрын
But those kind taste the best! Where I live, all the Indians use par pastry sheets. Personally, I like it the most.

You are made to do what you are doing. Like all of us, I've seen good chefs and cooks working with food, busy in their craft. But the way your hands move, knowing how to work every instrument and ingredient, with such ease, attention, and really true peacefulness, no fuss, no rambling, no unnecessary words (or music!) it is just magic, it is seeing a man doing what he was meant to be doing. Same goes for whoever is working the camera, beautiful creation. Not to mention that the recipes themselves seem delicious, roasting those whole spices, I could practically taste India just watching them go.
