It's nice to find a no neck pain upper body workout. I'm just working my way back to rebuilding my upper body strength which can be difficult when it tightens up my neck more. The floor exercises are nice and supportive and provides more opportunity for me to achieve my goal. Thank you

I have had severe neck pain for one month, and feeling at my wit's end because PT was not helping. I was able to do all these exercises without pain except for the neck turns side to side. Thank you.
