Casey, when I get my overland rig completed I’m really stoked about traveling through Canada, I’m in the US. Would love to see a video where you talk about the differences between overlanding between the US and Canada. Things like BLM land, rules/laws and the differences between our two countries, park permits, where you can primitive camp, etc etc etc. I’ve searched everywhere and can’t find anything out there about similarities and differences in overlanding between the two countries. Thanks!!

Great video and Trail looks fun. Been trying to plan a trip up there for 2 years and it WAS supposed to start next week until covid took care of that. The Jeep looks great and can’t wait to see all of the mods. When you hit the first exhaust system regeneration process let us know as on my diesel grand Cherokee it always kicks in at the worst time. One time I had no choice but to stop before it finished and it fouled the sensor so I hope they have done some changes. I really want to trade in 2.0 for diesel based on what I see in yours and other videos. Keep up the great content

You guys fuelled up THERE!? For future reference ...You should have gone straight into Princeton ... not very far ... and would have gotten it waaaay cheaper. ... and snow on the Whipsaw in June is pretty common.... now for a little did you know. Dicks Cabin has that weird split level thing on it. Looks like a giant chimney. Well that's how you get in, in the winter. The snow gets so deep, you have to go in through the roof.

Casey, what are your thoughts on the diesel’s cold weather performance? What Temp would you have to worry about it reliability starting as far as extreme cold. I’m seriously considering buying one of these but I’ll be going to quite a few high elevation, cold places. Thanks man!!!
@Casey2504 жыл бұрын
It does have a block heater if it gets really cold. I imagine it would suffer similar diesel gelling issues any diesel would. It never gets cold enough here in Victoria to be concerned.
