I use Florges but dude, it's best set is missing out! They did it dirty! If it still had access to Nature Power, it would be one of the best Terrain setters. Here me out- you get around 4 move syndrome with Terrains (Grassy/ Misty), by gaining access to Energy Ball & Moonblast through Nature Power. Add Wish or other Support and this Florge did rly well back in X & Y. So much so that I'm missing it now! Also, Kudos on this Thumbnail! The shading rly makes it pop off the background more than many other videos I've seen you do in this style! PS Man I'm proud of that Froslass and the work it's been putting in lately! I run exactly the same set and it makes me happy to see it working!

Florges is my second favourite fairy pokémon. But florges move pool is pretty shallow right now. And after tera is gone. Aromatherapy should be brought back. And nature power. Also considering florges being the garden pokémon it would make sense for her to learn ground and water type moves. Only one is chilling water, its not enough. And florges is said to protect its garden very seriously, being even merciless against those that damage it. And florges is also said to be able to create beams of energy to shoot at enemies. So aura sphere, focus blast, dark pulse and maybe even power gem would be fitting for florges move options.

@@turkoositerapsidi It is pretty shallow, agreed! But it has been putting in great work for me in Support. It has enough bulk and Sp/D that it can set Sunny Day or Terrains. And Moonblast pops off, even on a Florges mildly Sp/A invested. For me, it is one of those Pkmn that has 4 Move Syndrome cause I always want it to do just one more thing, but Florges is my favorite Fairy. Sorry- not sorry, Tinkaton. You're 2nd Best girl lol in my heart

@@MythX_StoryTeller My favourite fairy type is aromatisse but for some reason some people seem to dislike that one. I wish it's health stat would be buffed. Flover veil is pretty nice ability, especially how you described your usage of that. But would be nice if other one of its effects would be for fairy types too, so it would benefit florges herself as well. Not very useful in singles or if you do not have a grass type.

@@turkoositerapsidi Very true. I mean, Misty Terrain is always a fair option. You get a lot of utility; Moonblast boofs, and immunity to stat conditions, weakened Dragon presence. I could see a Misty Explosion + Wish set popping off as well. Yea for Singles youd definitely want something over Flower Veil. Aromatisse was a slept-on threat, esp back in X/Y.

@@MythX_StoryTeller Aromatisse and florges both get wish, and aromatisses aroma veil is pretty nice when setting trick room. I really hope these pokémon would get buffed in next game. Misty terrain is quite strong, but of course it prevents rest as well if ones own team has that.

Hi, Haydunn! One of my favorite things to do with Froslass is Destiny Bond trolling. Make her speedy and physical attacky, and alternate between Destiny Bond and Avalanche. Avalanche has lowered priority, so it will go after the opponent. Destiny Bond lasts until your next MOVE. So if Froslass is faster than the opponent, she takes both her turns, and then the opponent takes both theirs. And if either of them faints Froslass, Destiny Bond KOs. And if it doesn't, then they're eating Avalanche after Avalanche until they die.

I love this pokémon. Aromatisse is my favourite fairy pokémon, but florges is second one. She may have option in this generation, but after tera is gone, one will realise florges does not really have that many options. But florges is called a "garden pokémon", and said to be able to fire powerful beams. So considering its gardening habits, it would make sense for florges to learn ground and water type noves. Could even learn something like power gem or aura sphere, focus blast or dark pulse considering what its Pokédex stuff says it defending the garden and not giving mercy to those that have damaged its garden. And the beams of energy.

I love florges bc in a deck with grass/[weaknerf] type strats, I was almost banned at my local game shop back in Gen 6 Pokémon times. Now, it's just as busted. It takes breeding for ridiculous stats over & over using the different stat bands, natures, "super training" - all to breed a mon that was fkn unstoppable. Then lathered, rinsed, & repeated for another 5 pokemon. Dedication is the grind set amairite, trainers?

Florges was my favourite Pokémon in XY and, even though I've been playing Pokémon since Red and Blue came out, it was the first Pokémon I ever naturally levelled all the way to 100. I remember back when XY was still fresh I used to do online battles and people kept using attacks that were super effective against Grass types because they all assumed she was a Grass type due to her appearance, it was amazing.

I personally never understood Leftovers Donphan. If Donphan is getting hit, 99% of the time, it’s getting hit on the Special side with an SE special attack, putting it into red or at Sturdy range. SR Don is better off with a Custap berry, enabling the Rocks setup and allowing it to get off a priority EQ, Knockoff or Stone Edge next turn 🤷

I decided I wanted to use a Florges at some point in one of my runs, so I went back to find a Floette but I accidentally found into a shiny one (I couldn't even see it over world, just so happened to be the one I bumped into) and evolved it. It performed way better than I expected with STAB moonblast and its healing moves.

I know I had an electric Pokémon with Nuzzle so that's quite a limited pool of Pokémon. Maybe pawmot? I had a Taurus 100% on that. Might have been the fighting one. And Espeon 85% sure of that. The last ones I'd be completely guessing my memory is picturing a fish that tanked a hit I wasn't expecting, but I don't trust it. Sorry random battles kinda of blur into one session 😅.
