How to make a super moist Banana Cake without oven in 15 minutes.
Here's what you'll need:
1 overripe banana (mashed)
1/4 cup sugar (50g)
1/4 cup light olive oil (55ml)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg
1/2 cup cake flour (63g)
1/2 tsp baking powder (2g)
1/4 tsp salt (1g)
1 or 2 bananas sliced horizontally
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1. Mashed 1 overripe banana. Add sugar, oil, egg and vanilla. Mix well.
2. Sift together cake flour, baking powder and salt.
3. Mix just until combined. Set aside.
4. In a 6.5 inches pan, melt butter over low heat. Turn off heat when it's melted.
5. Sprinkle sugar and place sliced bananas.
6. Pour batter and turn on heat to the lowest.
7. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
8. You can bake this too at 170C/340F for 15 minutes.
9. Transfer to a serving plate.
10. Serve and enjoy!
