I used a silicone pastry mat but you can also roll the dough directly on your table.

THANK YOU FOR SHARING CHEF ROSE. HOW CAN WE PRESERVE THE PIZZA IF WE WANT TO SELL IT. LIKE THE PROPER WAY OF FREEZING THE PIZZA. SHOULD IT BE WITH TOPPINGS OR NO TOPPINGS YET?. AND IT'S SHELF LIFE. AND ALSO THE PROPER WAY OF REHEATING AND PACKAGING. HOPE YOU CAN SEE MY POST. 😍😍😍

You can freeze with the prebaked crust and toppings. Shelf life is about 1 -2 months. You can reheat at 375 - 400F until the cheese melts and the bottom crust browns.

375 - 400F for 15 minutes or until the bottom is crisp. The thinner the crust the faster it will bake.

Chef rose i bake your pizza recipe ngayon .nakalimotan kong naglagay nang yeast. May tanong po akoa bakit po yong dough ko is very crunch? Hindo po ma slice. Pang benta po sana ko chef ano pong mali ko..? Pls guide me

Please add yeast now because it will come out very hard. Your dough is very hard if walang yeast OR hindi mo na pa alsa OR na overbake mo.
