​@HighAdventureVideos Just to say, you really should do week long things. 2 days is nothing. I can go two days at home without eating and be fine; and no, I'm not anorexic or anything. It's just not a lot to go 2 days without eating. Try 4, 5, 6, 7 day challenges for a real challenge. By then, your body will be in withdrawal from processed foods, caffeine, etc. and then you'll really be trying yourself.

So stingrays are like sharks in that they pee through their skin. They need to be processed pretty quickly so as not to have the ammoniated flavor. Imitation scallops can be made out of stingrays and they're pretty good, but it helps to have bigger rays. Thanks for the videos!!

We got our crabs by dropping a round iron hoop with a net Grandaddy would knit around it so the center wouldn't drop down below the hoop much. Grandmamma would give us chicken pieces to tie onto to net. Drop it to the bottom for just a bit and pull it up carefully. We'd get several a pull. SC fishing on Isle of Palms. Of course these were ancient times when Isle of Palms was a much more wonderful place. Filet off small pieces of stingray wing, bread it and fry it. It's good.

Lil small those rays but we lop the wings of split filet them then take cookie cutters and press out scallop sized shapes and deep fry em, that's just like scallops, I like to bath em in butter right after cooking then let em cool on paper towels before eating, give em a lil drizzle of schiracha for extra kick, enjoy and hello from alaska 👍

Rays are great to eat. All the meat is in the wings. Try it some time. If you take a cookie cutter to the wing meat its almost like scallops. Food for thought

Have considered SC as a potential retirement spot, near the coast. How bad is it for tropical storms, hurricanes, twisters, etc? I live in New England; we get hurricanes, but that's it. Micah, I'm pretty sure that second shark was a blacktip! You can see the tips of the fins were darker. I could be wrong as I never saw the dorsal fin, but that looked like a legal blacktip.

In the islands we don't used rod and reel , we used hand lines and we know how to used we get hundreds of pounds fish on a hand lines you have to to have the know how to mess with that kind of power on a hand line is you and the fish . is a magnificent stand off and then is traying to put that beast in the boat LAL , love you all.
