It's fascinating to listen to the nice NPR-like radio host attempt to interview UG as she would any other guest. His responses to her questions clearly leave her unable to engage with the ideas that he is presenting. It's not that she is stupid; she seems to be quite intelligent. But UG's ideas are without precedence and seem designed to disrupt whatever traditional form of interpersonal communication we humans usually rely on.

UG was one of the first who perhaps envisioned KZbin and had given lectures or rantings which are even now relevant and will always be. Perhaps not just religion but also science that has aggrandized humans as most intelligent.

This being is far far beyond any glorified saint. His recognition, "there is nothing there to be free of" is totally liberating. I say this trying is wanting, wanting is denying, denying is suffering and suffering is extremely trying! All these have never happened and never will happen in fact there is nothing ever happening. So all should experience like UG and get out of the circle.There is nothing you can do to find the unfindable. Get over it!!

Sorry Kris it takes a moment for the ego to adjust. Very simply if you want to participate in the roller coaster ride you may experience being thrown about, sickness, enjoyment or both. Followed by a story of you experiencing something from the ride.This is a conditioned way of how ego mind society expects a person to react in a NORMAL behavioural way from the ride. The story forms some sort of permanent attachment and you then always feel a particular type of expected (from mind) reaction to describe this experienced ride. For example if through your inherited outside knowledge have learned that the roller coaster is truly scary then whatever happens on the ride you will always promote what you know rather than what you experienced. Now the other unconditioned way is that you find yourself participating on the roller coaster, remaining separate from every past experience incurred, totally detached from sickness and enjoyment. Having no intent to attach to any emotion or experience from any part of the whole experience. Now the mind cannot associate with this behaviour and therefore it would direct itself to its own conditioned judgemental world would, seeing it as boring or you being abnormal as an outsider in this "NORMAL" world. (life unfolding with no ego YOU being present. Dull without ego being in charge!!!) In short if you depend on anything other than a new unknown non-imagined fresh roller coaster ride then you remain in the circle. This circle is Samsara. Now the present moment, which means every unblemished new moment of experience is fresh, and not considered, totally mind free non-judgemental incomparable non preferential then and only then, is the truth realised. However this truth is contradictory and not true. Whatever is happening is not happening and whatever is not happening is happening but neither is true. All I can say in addition to UG's findings is you are never not in it, nor are you out of it!!! Sorry to lay this shit on your mind Kris. I say all must experience it, don't try to understand it. every time you talk think write or acknowledge this or that it has to be ego, and presence can not escape being present. Wherever you are ego is, even ego is presence, and acknowledge any assumed existing form be it name or nameless is ego, The truth is that whatever is realising is realisation, whatever is looking is the act of seeing and so on and on and on. Seeing is but there is no seer or an object seen. everything is seeing or whatever you want to call IT. Whatever I this presence, am is neither something nor nothing,neither unstable nor stable, defined nor undefined ego nor nonego, happening nor non happening, consciousness nor non consciousness contradiction nor non contradiction ------ The one who remains infinitely silent is the truth. This one is also unreal. Riddle after riddle.
