If UG was right in saying that body biological Intelligence was responsible for what he has experienced. Many in the past would have born but not noticed , many will be born with similar experience. Hence UG philosophy is ex-ordinary and myself was got the same experience wondering for some time before self got know him .

Thought is destructive, that's true. But thought is only destructive in consciousness or in experiencing. But YOU are beyond consciousness or experiencing. Therefore, thought can't touch YOU. Thought is like a dream. The dream may show up scary scenarios and seem destructive in the story, but the dream won't touch the dreamer - YOU. UG only meant to alert you that there is no need to take whatever thought is telling you seriously.

he says that thought is destructive but doesnt give a way to overcome them as he always spoke negitavly about spiritual practices so im just confused just saying that thought is destructive doesnt make them go away
