It's a succeeded homage watch. Steeldive in general are decent watches. The engineer style bracelet is a good choice and nicely integrated in these hidden lugs. But changing their clasps into something better is always the first thing to do, done this twice myself! Definitely interested in a comparison with the San Martin. It does look very similar to my Addiesdive Deepseahunter (which I got in Blue)... of which I did swap out the clasp for for a milled clasp. One of the reasons I liked blue was to counter the AR coating. Unless someone can correct me my understanding is that both (Steeldive and Addiesdive) brands are essentially the same.

Good review, and been on my list for a while. So, this is what I want to know, if the watch head is as heavy as it looks, the bracelet has to hold it tight or it'll move around? Does the crown at 4pm dig in? And when the watch has been submerged, does the shroud hold water? So you tip the watch upside down and more water flows out... FInal question, the shroud, is it sharp where your fingers hit it on turning the bezel?
@HonestWatchReviewsHWR3 жыл бұрын
- The head of the watch is quite heavy, but the bracelet and this clasp help to balance it out, so you don't need to wear it tight. - The crown doesn't dig in at all. - I haven't actually submerged the watch yet, so can't really comment on that part. - As for the shroud, there's no sharp edges at all.
