But ISA often mess up in the 4 x 100 m sprint. Individually, they are good but as a team, they lack chemistry. Perhaps too much ego in some of them.

@@danieltan2270 They ARE individuals. Only one person on that stage cares about the relay and his reason is selfish. It doesn't matter to anyone else UNLESS the relay breaks a WORLD RECORD. Otherwise the pay is the same. And again only one person is wearing their medal so why single out Fred, he may have given it to his coach or trainer, but if its not caught on camera we miss the "aww moment".
