So ridiculously impressive. Noah killed it obviously. But Kenny, sprinting the finish then walking over to Noah for a quick congrats...looks like he's barely winded. I'd be flat on my back.

I don't get it...these workouts are pretty short. Do these workouts suffice a full session? Or do they just do multiple WOD's for a full session?
@doniuslong4016
@doniuslong4016 8 жыл бұрын
Normally a 1 hr session would consist of a wod style warmup, some stretching, a strength element like max pushups for example, and then the wod. Unless it's a very difficult or longer wod which might eliminate the stength component.

I feel like Crossfit is a every quad dominant sport. A lot of the movements are working the quadriceps. It's even shown on the bodies of the athletes.
@danieloconnor1121
@danieloconnor1121 9 жыл бұрын
the quadriceps are a very large muscle group extend the knee, so of course they are going to be well developed on these athletes. this however, was a posterior chain focused work out.

+TheInvisibleRambo True, watch Barbell Shrugged and get some insights. With that being said, what BBS states is to do hammie exercises, RDL's, SDL's, etc. to focus on building the hammies.

I just started adding crossfit workouts to my training. I started with just thrusters with 135 about two weeks ago and man was it hard. I did 15, 12, 9, 6 and could not believe how out of breath I was.I felt like I was going to throw up. I now am doing them easier, but i'm not saying they are easy. I'm now doing them with burpees and I love the suck that comes with these exercises. I can't wait to get better fit to do something like this video and make it in good time.
