It'd be great to get the voice over commentary from the athlete like the Dan Bailey vid. Gotta love Ben Smith! It'd be awesome to see some in depth videos on him like the one's on Rich!

Froning posted something similar recently but dumbbell snatch is 100 and bench is 225 ! Ben did the above workout on Oct 2015, assuming he continue to improve his form and strength. i am quite sure he can handle heavier load. it is going to be an amazing match up for the two men in 16.5! can't wait !!!

Nice work done here except for the two songs at the same time. Just give us the original sound next time.

I agree with the bench press comments. I understand bouncing it a bit but this is definitely excessive. You want to control the weight on the way down, too. not just let it fall on your chest. he's still getting a good chest workout but he could be getting more out of it

Is not dangerous down the barbell too agressive to chest? (not hate just asking)
@emmanuelromero76988 жыл бұрын

I think I just figured out the premise behind crossfit. So... you have all of these people that work desk jobs, right. They do the same thing day in and day out, because society tells them they have to, and eventually it drives them crazy. So naturally, they need an outlet where they can actually be a crazy person for a little while each day. Then one day, some guy couldn't take it anymore, so he went to the gym and just acted crazy; let out all of his pent up rage, forget all gym educate, did everything that could ruin his joints and body as a whole, and then someone came up to him and was like, "dude, are you crazy?" And he was like, 'oh shit, this guy is on to me. I need to come up with some like yesterday "No... it's uh-" And that's when he saw the other guy was wearing a crucifix so he just said "Cross... fit. Crossfit." And the other guy was like "Cool. Can I be next?" And then Crossfit was a thing. And then you find out later that they were both the same guy.

+Anthony Pilcher LOL. Actually, CrossFit has its roots in the fitness fad (for the average Joe it was, anyway) 'cross-training' of the 70s and 80s. Back then it was heretical to train in any other mode than your sport. (I'm not talking about everyone doing weights and track work)
