This is a gorgeous home and a beautiful estate... it seems so wasteful to tear down a home like this in such fantastic shape. It looks very well kept and maintained, almost ready to move in condition. This would be a fabulous home to live in and with the pool there and horses it seems like that was a great place to be at one time. Great video Noah thank you!

Yes I would live there in a heartbeat. The house is unique and in such great shape and the setting just gorgeous. Love the pool and pool house and covered area. It does seem there will be nothing but high density housing around there soon. It bothers me to think of the destruction of such beauty.

This was a beautifull remodel, all except for the notch out in the dormer to accommodate the sliding door leading to the garage roof (31:03). The pool deck area is very nicely done too. Thanks for the tour Noah! 🤠👍

Well done video. I love the drone shots. I definitely could live there. I would say they had a couple of horses, that fenced area looks like it was a riding ring. I wonder if that upstairs room was treated like a clubhouse rom with having all those coat hooks. Really weird about the lack of bathrooms though. Could the downstairs master bedroom have been added on to the original house? It does look like they did some remodeling with the way the rooms are laid out.

Its a shame the house and buildings will disappear. That barn is so pretty and in such good shape. What is a crime is this beautiful landscape will disappear. Developers are out of control everywhere! Sad. Its all about the $$$.

The room upstairs with the bathroom could have been used as a game/TV room. There wasn't a closet in there so it wouldn't be considered a bedroom from where I am from.

That's such a beautiful and peaceful place. I really hate to know that it is going to be torn down. I thought we were bad about that in the USA and I don't like it here and I hate knowing it is happening to such an amazing place likenthat in Canada. Thank you for sharing this. Ok would love to live in such a beautiful and Derek place. I love in St Augustine Fl and it is becoming so over built and I doing it herenourncharming little city has love so much of the charm it had. I think the room with the cabinets in the basement was a man cave or den and the room upstairs over the garage was a living room or den. I also think the house is extremely old and the hvac and bathrooms were added later in after the house was built.

I am stunned by this house, How could someone go to so much effort and spend so much money, to update all of it, then walk away? Most of it was either really new or very well taken care of. This is a house someone could think to move, not tear down. If they are giving it away ill take it.

It boggles my mind as to why no one lives there. I'd live there in a microsecond if I could. Just the pool alone is beyond any reality I will ever see. The kitchen is so perfect for me, I love it. It makes me sad that they will tear it down. The knotty pine in parts of the house, my favorite being the room with half knotty pine & beautiful red brick. I just don't understand why this house was abandoned unless it has everything to do with covid. Perfectly good home that needs some TLC & wahla you have a piece of heaven in a peaceful surrounding. Until!!!!

@NOAH.Nowhere Please as a fellow explorer, if you see a danger to animals and nature, like the freezer and pools of water they can not escape from, can you please grab a board or tree limb or anything, that can be used to help trapped animals escape. The animals lovers will adore you for it. Have seen far too many of these, where people left pools and such full of water and animals fall in. Its so irresponsible of the owners.
