Yeah, was so crazy couldn’t believe it myself. We remodeled this unit like 7 years ago and it’s gone through maybe three tenants,and nothing was ever in that shape when the tenants left, until this one, was definitely a crazy experience. Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts. 👍

Wow! Was a rental manager many years ago and thank goodness I never experienced this level of 'clean up'! But every land owner that rents their property needs to realize this can happen! Thanks for bringing us along!!

For about seven months, no rent paid. With Covid and stuff was hard to get out and landlords were trying to work with them. But tenants could not get it together so they let in the middle of the night. But we got some TVs out of the deal 😵‍💫
