I like the rule about no short term rentals. Otherwise it would have quickly turned into a vacation spot instead of a community to live in on its own.

Interesting video great information. We will be retiring in 5 years and are considering a snowbird location in Florida. This community seems nice. My question would be about the use of the property when we aren’t there because it wouldn’t be our primary residence. We have adult children and grandchildren and family. Seems like it would be a problem with allowing family to use it whenever they choose even though it wouldn’t be rented out. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for watching. You are allowed a number of guests passes annually to use the amenities but you would have to accompany them. If you use your allotment you pay for extra guest entries. As a snowbird I am not sure it would make sense because the waterparks are closed during the wintertime so you would not be utilizing the amenities to justify the annual CDD fees. North Florida gets about 10 degrees colder than Orlando & South.
