Hey again, i was out pick axing a shelter, and wondered if you have seen my short-length videos, they are very straight forward. I have had about 12 of the LEE 4 20 pots, they are not exactly precise,(nice warranty though) i tried drilling out four pots, to make flow for 517cal to 510 calPCPs and well, they are not the best, at all, for casting larger rounds OR SMALL caliber either. even trying 3 sizes of drill bits, i PREFER Dip Cast, NOT pour. You ca get a George Foreman Grill at thrift store and use if only a couple molds. I typically run 4 to 6 molds off two hot plates , keeping calibers similar, like a 357 to a 513, etc... and put in rotation, one where you can cast two othe molds while letting a 464gr 510 TEXAN Round cool down. I am ALWAYS happy to hear people doing themselves. just shoot me message if you have sizing questions. a Hand Press CAN work, but a 4-Turret LEE bench is best for longer hours of work. Its a GREAT activity, just remember, ' one can never be too safe when safety gear is needed'.... Casting is very fulfilling. and popping coyotes etc with OWN ROUNDS, tween eyes, is even cooler, ALL AIR gunning last decade!

I use a series of furnaces, and hot plates, and several thermometers, and i cast outside. I pick up, and shake donated organic coffee bags at bases of each AR500, dozens and dozens of them all over with backstops and drop-zone bags.... then i bring up to house, in a covered area, and i cast, even when i am waiting for a reconstruction of a next blown knee, i cast, size, shoot, repeat many years. You can see a lot of different methods on KZbin, each has their own attributes. What is most critical, KNOWING EACH MOLD, and i mean EACH ONE, every type and brand, it casts differently. Everything is about temps and set times. after that, then begins R&D... i like it EQUALLY to casting. no joke. As for showing what i do, well, that would be a 'trade property ' portion, I have done QUIT counting, a while ago, at 3,500 POUNDS, in the last year. so, i spend a little time at this. and i spend a lot of time....INSPECTING AND hand sizing. i finally have a webstore up, but between all the other stuff, i call it a WORK IN PROGRESS, appropriately termed. i do not know how to edit. i do know about casting, sizing and customizing PER GUN. it is something that is just part of my brain. There is NOTHING fast about Casting, except in the Trial period, Feet Per Second, there a time there! HA HA - enjoy your shooting, and if you have questions, you let me know. Today i was explaining WHY and HOW to thread a crow at 70-80 yards, no liability for a background, etc. for a fellow gunner and the reasons as to why one sizes down and how to hit over 200yards with a 50gr BT in a .252, in the winds and snow. Work In Progress, but MISSION AND STATEMENT and FAQ in the posting...

I have been EXTREMELY pleased with how well the 0.458 series drop, in both types, a SLUG only(Round Flat RF) AND my favorite, the Three Pin 'RG' Removeable Guide' which will give you a 220gr, a 228gr and a 245gr, on average. i will be changing up and adding 2%3~ tin to all my stuff though. I am NOT sure about your HP MAX model, but i have had four models of cals of HP MAX to demo, and bought.... and EACH one LIKES that extra drive ring. the bore grip is perfect in all my HP MAX in these, , the RF Bout Tail, i have each caliber in this style. I am not sure what your magazine depth is, but they fit the Challenger 457(458) GREAT. i wouldnt want anyting other than that EXTRA tiny drive/gas ring, for the GRIP... USE the CODE and it makes DIFFERENCE as HIGH END MOULDS the BEST, they are NOT cheap. Nothing really good is though... of you can tell, I LOVE my NOE moulds. there is NICE diagram in there, just click on the image and blow it up. noebulletmolds.com/site/product-category/bullet-moulds/458-460/458-244-fn-ca4-bt/ - i suggest the RG series so you have three configurations. also, i sized to 456 and got NOT AS nice of reults or energy over chronographs. Happy shooting, and remember, “ DLS001 “ 10% off - as we are tracking to get MORE air rifle moulds MADE!!!! WE WANT A LOT OF FOLKS ENJOYING this all DO IT YOURSELF. and SAVE MONEY. I LOVE the , NOSOZING needed, especially if you Wheeler 220grit Polish barrel, a 252cal NOE in a BoatTail RF Dish and HP, you should hit over 95FPE at 26mpa to 23mpa, no problem, i post these numbers on my Facebook PCP page. my favorite one, though, well, equally i guess, is the 0.251 'bullet!41gr to 37gr, per tip type, NOE, it is traditional build and also, it NO SIZING required. in fact, i shoot it at less than 11:15pm on power wheel, and it is incredible accurate, 100 yards and beyond. i like the DishHP, best in this, but all three configs are exceptional. you can save additional to your other coupons #noebulletmoulds with 'DLS001 at checkout, it demonstrates WHY PCP guns matter, and WHY he has increased PCP dedicated moulds. :-)

what are you trying? various types i mean, and also, did you try sizing down, , or adjusting your power wheel? i found with many on the AEA challenger PRO and Regular BP by @bintacllc , i needed to drop the power wheel(factory reg settings) based on, EG 300cal RF 64gr NOE vs a HP. then i also worked with sizing them. another example being, a G2 30cal gauntlet, due to lans grooves and where the projectile engages, (NOW THEY HAVE LEVER, not BOLT!) i had to size many types, other than a 45gr JSB clone by #noebulletmolds in a DEEP skirt pin, i have to size all them, which is highly irritating. i do not appreciate the G2 30cal, without a lever, due to the time it takes to size as far down as a 0.297" in order to seat and shoot. THat is more about the suface bore engagement though, all part of same issue... in AEA also... so a 300 , in mine, two, shot real nice no sizing , just cast... ONLY if i dropped the power wheel from say 12oclock to 1045 or 11pm, which would still, in Pro, give me over 120fpe.

if you are aware of your magazine depth and weight which cycles, i would use his very dtailed diagrams to blow up the specs. What do you typically shoot? I like MANY of his deisgns, but today, i was shootin ga few hundred 90gr RF in HP MAC and Bulldog to prep to do FX Radar with... if you let me know, i might be able ot just tell you a round based on your mag depth. if you are single hot shooter, and if you size youself, per projectile, etc. IG a Bulldog , a set of mine at least, LIVE unsized .358 and 359, but IF it a 360 and larger, i have to size to 357 for either of the 357s above.

@@paulkunjukutty9205 i was away dealing with surgery crap and mopre fun stuff. Were you able to have a look at the NOE site? within it, you will se VERY informative specs, unlike most Moulds sellers, NOE does a highly detailed one, when you look at a bullet design, then you have a look at the actual SPECS diagram, click on and it will be full page. This is one of my SEVERAL YEARS in many guns GoTos and cast real quick too. I have two of them. Point though, if you look at the actual specs, you can see the length, it is just small. Here is my favorite for seven different 357s i have owned and still use most of, and NOT SIZED, as its .359 tiny band only HELPS in all my testing with many chronographs. and ranges out to 200 yards. HP MAX 357 loves them in the mags noebulletmolds.com/site/shop/bullet-moulds/355-9mm/359-88-rf-s2/359-88-rf-s2-5-cavity-pb/ you will see 0.385" Total Length, in that diagram, is that more helpful? sorry about the delay. remember, you can stack 'DLS001 ' 10% additional, it ALL helps show, WE MATTER, MAKE US MORE MOULDS.. and 15 in stock right now of that 5 cav. you can cast VERY FAST with it. they DROP easily, perhaps one of the best.

I get it, James! I do....WHY would anyone want a Magazine (prone to and DOES blow up)and not use it, I WILL, and when they blow up, I WILL HAVE ON MY GLASSES. as always. I AGREE James, but there are sometimes just something WORTH the time... i use my faithful bulldogs 357s in the FIELD daily, 365...and NO PROBLEMS, between YEARS of use with each Bulldog357. I didnt expect that quality, i was expecting an anomaly, and i got it - HP MAX 357. POWER. just like the Challenger BP 25. The 'art' of a Single Action US ARMS Abilene 44mag about 30 years ago taught me a lot about shooting.. the art of single shot loading- even with that, the mere fact you have to reconsider how your shot placement went, the previous 44mag shot, you have that moment to reconsider better placement and variables. Most think this is BS, however many types of guns are prone to have a slightly skewed projectile do to spring force and possibly crap / not correct sized ammo. it makes one consider their next shot, considerably more. With extensive nerve damage - no feeling in fingers, managed to single load almost 1,500 rounds of 125gr and UP to 174gr, the bigger, the EASIER for fat No Feeling fingers to load right out of overalls pockets! after the mags broke, to keep ENJOYING IT. I do NOT have patience for much, but POWER AND ACCURACY, when i am only looking for ONE SHOT, then it be my faithful wheeled Mag SideArm... screw the PCPs in certain circumstances! i love them, but center fires are where it is at if you reload and have NO LIABILITY area to shoot daily! FAST RETURN/Repaired by BIN TAC just returned. and cycled 20 rounds. Mags needed to be backed off a 1/4 turn or so, like Gauntlets and S-Rotos. WORE glasses during those 20 rounds, JAMES, and i ABSOLUTELY get what you are saying. But this gun, it is just something WORTH putting up with the 'issues.' I just took off a UTG Folding Collapsing stock to replace the CHEAP one on HP MAX. and it is WONDERFUL TO SHOULDER and do Jump Shooting work! THANKS for visiting and also for commenting, because, i DO see the logic. I might just not be the most logical OneGuy - but i loved me some Supertramp The Logical Song, and i lived it... and not my style.
