Hearing it from the songwriters point of view is just so...different. You can hear all the hidden emotions often missed when Liam sings the song, not to say Liam's version isn't amazing, it's just it's a completely different song coming from the actual songwriter.

What's funny, though, is the fact that he plays the iconic intro riff completely diffrent. There are lots of Wonderwall covers out there, and everybody plays this riff more or less like it sounds on the album))) For the real songwriter, it was just a passing phase)))

Fucking brilliant, as our British friends would say. This is simply one of the best songs ever written, entering Beatles territory. It’s beautiful whether it’s the original, the Ryan Adams version, or this one performed by Noel, which is kind of a mix of the first two. I can’t think of another song that I could say has 3 epic versions, each as good as the others. That’s a sign of an incredible song.

Totally changes the song and makes it so much more beautiful. No offence to liambecause he couldn't sing it with the true feelings that the song supposed to be sung by such an arrogant person that and probably didn't care when Noel told him. listen to the original version and then listen to this version and you will hear the difference. Not hating on you. Much love. just giving you my opinion

This was how wonderwall was meant to be written. Obviously he had to change it so it suited Liam's voice. I cud not see liam sing this version. However the oasis version (sang by Liam) is incredible. Love this version. Its always more emotional when the song writer sings their songs, they know what it actually means. Great song, great guy.
