Well, "Black Clover" had been said to be one of the rare Shounen Series, which actually properly focus on its female characters (other Shounen Series usually ignore the development of female characters, since Shounen Series are mainly targeted to young boys & teens)

One of the best things about Black clover is how it handles its characters, not only the main characters but everyone fits quite well in the story, it does it much better than other shounen series...Cof...Naruto...Cof.

i dont think that all royals dont train, i think most dont. nozel, mimosa, krisch, leo, mereo, noelle are the royals that train but as seen in previous eps and are getting stronger as such. its just that the theory now applies to noelle at the current moment

This is why this show is one of my all time favorites, because there are these awesome character arcs for so many of the character, not just the MC (Asta) or MC+1 (Asta+Yuno). I love how this show develops the side characters, and Noelle is definitely one of the best side characters and most satisfying arcs. It's cool that she and Vanessa and others get some legit backstory, when a lot of other anime don't develop female characters. One thing I dislike about MHA is the female heroes don't get nearly the development that a character like Noelle gets in Black Clover. Black Clover is a much better story because it develops ALL of its characters to some extent, and we get to watch them grow.

If Noelle is the third main character, explain why she doesn't feature equally in that type of artwork as Yuno and Asta do.

The volume 2 of BC is about the 3 with vengeance or the art work for the bigening of the spade kingdom arc ? Noelle is probably the 2nd character who has the biggest screen time, and 2nd who is always shown in the volumes´s covers after asta with 3 volumes dedicated to her ( 19,26,30) and if you search " who has the biggest fan base in BC " the 1st character will be noelle so saying that she's a side character is..weird..

Nozel may not have been as active with the bullying but telling someone that their existence itself in unnecessary qualifies as some to me at least. What the hell Adorkable?! Dont OOohhhh him! You dont protect someone by mentally and emotionally abusing someone for over a decade! No forgiveness for Nozel!! Not from me at least. This point is really my only real gripe with Tabata's writing, at least the MHA writer knew it was gonna take multiple arcs to properly redeem Endeavor. In palace full of servants I'm sure some things were witnessed and made their way to Nozel but then again if it was realistic than Noelle would probably be a cutter. Well regardless I agree with Director Nasty's interpetation of it, he was fine with her self esteem being crushed into the mud (and helped with the crushing now and then, anyone else remember him calling Noelle the failure that killed their mother?) since it would keep her safe from outside threats at least.
