A lot of y'all are really butthurt over the me saying to not smoke weed. Look y'all, weed is straight. It does help and I never said it was bad IF YOU ACTUALLY LISTENED TO WHAT I SAID. It's just not needed. Everything that you would experience while high, can be felt while sober. I'm just giving my insight's. Y'all can do whatever you want lol. Oh and beating your dick all the time when you're young actually increases the risk of prostate cancer. The only time that beating your dick all the time will prevent prostate cancer is later on in life. Here's the study. Much love y'all :) onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/j.1464-410X.2008.08030.x/abstract

Well its good in moderation, i noticed when i used to smoke heavy it would kill my motivation & i wouldnt get shit done, i know some people that can be productive af when high but i just got hella lazy when i would smoke up after work i had to quit that shit because it was setting me back on my goals, now that i quit i got way more energy & my mind feels more clearer than before :)

mikkois smoking weed is harmful to anyone on nofap who has a mental connection between weed and masturbating. For instance, i️ used to jerk off every time i used to get high so the two activities are intertwined with each other as one action is followed up with the next. It’s one of the main reasons i struggle with my streaks because every time i️ smoke with my boys i get a massive urge when I️ get home while I’m still high as shit

Here is a great way to prevent a relapse when you're having urges or cravings: Just get out of the house. Put some clothes on and get out. Do whatever you want - workout, talk to people, sit somewhere and read, e.t.c. The thing is, no matter what you do, it will be more productive and helpful, than if you stay inside and relapse. You just have to create this imprint in your brain: "When i have the worst urges or cravings I just get out of the house". So you don't have to make the desicion, when the moment has come. It has helped me personally. Peace.

Let's be the real MEN. It's unfortunate to say this, but the men of today have become too weak and unmanly(congrats to exceptions) without character, ideals and moral values. We need our character back my men. Today we have lost the knowledge of what life truly is(life school), and I have always believed that there's gotta be more. This can't be it. We have to increase our vibrations to attract beautiful things. People nowadays don't believe in love and hope and that is actually along with faith all we have. Don't listen to nobody but yourself(your intuition). The lie we live mustn't abstain. I meant to write this for men because this is the nofap discussion, but I am saying to men and women that you never surrender, because one day the sun will definitely come.

I have been on my nofap journey for a good four weeks now and I can feel the effects both mentally and (albeit minim physically. I started working out, cutting video games out of my life, developing my oracy skills, and most importantly building my identity. There's something individuals interested in Nofap should know about. It doesn't automatically grant you these benefits after a certain duration. My personal theory is that once you get a good streak going, your mentality would be hardwired for success. It doesn't matter what it is you are doing, just drawing that subconscious link to your nofap accomplishment would bolster the willpower and self-confidence in you. Most people will find that Its a lot more of a mental than physical transformation.

Man! I'm glad to say I've kept up with NoFap over the last year and a bit. I'm so proud of myself. Like you, the first year was difficult. Many relapses, some good streaks. But lately, I feel a whole lot better about it. I've been refining my diet, and lifting weights. My confidence has increased since starting NoFap, and sky rocketed in the last couple months. It's amazing how this changes you. It really is a piece to the puzzle. For me, it was the most important piece. It was the piece to help me place all the others together. I've still only just begin my puzzle, but I can't wait to build apon myself more. One at a time. I think I've also lost interest in casual sex, because I want to keep my semen retention going. I still want them badly but semen retention is just more important to me 95% of the time. I can't believe I used to have erectile dysfunction! I almost thank that I did, otherwise I would still be in a world of doing nothing with my life yet full of content. Sometimes I wish my ex could see how much I've changed, I know she'd be proud. You inspired me to start nofap last December. My life was a mess and i had no self control. I went 8 months strong but relapsed for a while. I kept trying to start again but would relapse and tried to justify myself doing it just “once a week”. Finally I got tired of my own bullshit and got back on it. I’m a month back on NoFap and I’m starting to feel amazing once again. NoFap truly is only a part of the puzzle but it’s so important. Thanks for your Content!

On literally day one of NoFap. I’ve tried before and failed miserably each time, furthest I ever made it was like 4-5 days. I’m really serious about it this time, and I’m also starting to take cold showers. I’m a Christian, and I’ve been really bad about studying my Bible/praying, and I’m also a musician but I haven’t been practicing as much as I should lately. I’m really hopeful that I can focus on these things instead of porn and actually make NoFap a success. I started watching this video when I was really feeling an urge, so I’m glad I watched this. Great videos man.

I went 8months cold turk, I live and did this alone ... it was brutal at times. I'm a complete addict to this shit. I've quit smoking and drinking amongst other things but this thing has one giant clutch on my soul that I haven't been able to shake. I used to weight train. 10yrs 3 to 4 days a week. I know about drive and will power... This thing has me completely whipped. It's like a non stop, never ending craving. However the rewards are absolutely hard to describe. I think the best work to describe it is "sync" of body, mind and spirit. You are truly a champion in my book bro. This thing is as close to impossible as I've ever felt. You are a great example. Thank you for this video. God bless

This video is GOLD, people today need to learn self control, this cannot be emphasized any better already, self control or self restraint, is one of the key components of having a successful life. When you control your primal urges, your mind, becomes much clearer, you are no longer a tool that can be easily manipulated by the factors surrounding your life, may it be women, may it be situations, friends, or family. Self control, perseverance shapes the long term growth of your character, it literally shapes YOU, as a person in the future in the next decade. Bravo Mikkois, I clapped my hands in real life as I watched this video.

Id just like to say that while nofap is only one step it has a huge effect on your developement. We all know WHAT TO DO and WHAT WE NEED TO BE LIKE but what we really want to change when we seek personal growth is DRIVE to do it. Despite the desire we have we can sense that the mental ENERGY and the emotional FIRE to do it is not there. The "rider" is ready and willing to move but the "horse" doesnt want to budge. Somethings wrong, somethings missing, and there is this sense of helplessness. This can lead to self-loathing, depression and fear. I think prolonged pmo over many years deadens a person emotionally and spiritually. Ive personally witnessed the return of the numbness after relapsing myself (and the anxiety) When you do nofap your proper emotional system starts to come online again and your thoughts and desires start to align, you actually feel like doing something about it. Secondly you have a greater and greater sense of being able to handle the "pain" of the effort. Things start to seem easier and less scary and with that comes a more confident approach rather than a timid fearfull one, and you get better results because youre not half trying to do something and half (mentally) trying to run away. You just feel stronger and with that that feeling of vulnerability that you used to feel deminishes massively, and that vulerability is what was making you feel fearful since the brain makes you feel that way because it is getting the message - I am weak. Fear exists to protect YOU, thats why its there! Nofap may be only one thing but when youre numb on pmo changing those other things takes so much more mental effort. Its has opened my eyes and shown me that I CAN actually be different and better, after years and years of going in circles, of being an emotional cripple. With nofap there is finally hope and strength, something I was poorly lacking and so desperately needed. You can do all the other things suggested in this video but nofap is the only one where you have to NOT do something - that doesnt take energy (physical and mental) but GIVES energy. And whilst healthy food and exercise improve certain areas of you life and your mind nofap improves you actual SPIRIT (if its broken) - the most important place of all. Dont take it lightly.
