One of my biggest qualms with tech tubers is not showing that they sometimes make mistakes when building. Good on you for showing the minor struggles of pc building that most skip over and edit out. Honesty and positivity is a staple of this channel for sure. This was well done, you should do more build guides. Maybe a all Be Quiet build in the future? that would be cool.

Tip; When dusting components and electronics use a dry paint brush. The bristles are strong enough to massage caked on dust but at the same time soft and pliable enough to not scratch anything. Gets in between all the capacitors / small spaces on your mobo, the corners and weld joints of your case, fan blades, and even gets in-between dust filter/mesh holes. good for a quick swipe across your keyboard as well.

Hey Hannah, I noticed when you were talking about the issue with your graphics card that your cable extensions were plugged directly into your power supply. That could be a reason for the issues. If the problem persists with the new cables, I would highly recommend plugging in your stock power supply cables to your power supply and connecting the extension to the power supply cables instead.
@christopherrichardson67892 ай бұрын
I was going to comment the same thing. I had this exact problem about two weeks ago. I had ordered an adapter for my GPU because I didn’t like all the clutter that I had with the adapter that came with the card. About three days in my screen went black and my fans revved up to 100. Luckily I found a couple of Reddit threads were they told me to just use the stock cable that came with the card and I haven’t had any problems since.
@maalikwatkins5352 ай бұрын
I was also going to say that but I thinking more on lines of overclocking the CPU. If she uses thermal paste that might be better or actually liquid coolant given that the fan is working really hard because of that natural heat plus the overclock. A fan it self even though there is more than one still won’t be enough. If that doesn’t work then it might be the heat sink which would need to be replaced or a stronger one.
@quantumreality2152 ай бұрын
It might not be an issue if they're custom built cables like the Cablemod sets you can buy for specific PSUs.

Hey ya all ,i had same problem fans go wild and black screen like no video signal from the graphic card but temps were good , so if any of you still have issues with any RTX 4000 gen graphic card even with a good power supply and cables try update intel graphic card directly from their website even tho you do not need it since you use nvidia drivers and you have all updates on windows 11 this might be a drivers conflict . For me this fixed the issues with my RTX 4070

As an Intel Arc A770 Limited Edition owner I've loved your builds featuring your A750 but OH MY GOD THE SPARKLE A770 I am so jealous! The Sparkle aesthetic is amazing and I wish I could get Sparkle GPUs here in Canada, but alas. So favorite part? Gelato of course! :D Also bonus - the Thermaltake Tower 200? Love that case aesthetic. I have a Thermaltake Tower 100 build which is just the cutest lil ITX build I ever did and I liked that so much that for my main PC, I got the CHONKIEST Thermaltake ever which is the Tower 500 :) Cubic, big, and looks amazing! My only complaint is the cable management situation but there's a workaround for that which I just didn't think of at the time so oh well, all good. Thanks very much for a Butters tech video, and I look forward to more which will be filled with positivity and happiness, as always :)

Hello! Highly suggest trying the stock psu cables for your 4090 if the problem reoccurs. Cable mod is good but for that much power can cause some inconsistent problems. They sell adapters to bridge the cable mod cables with the stock cables that can help. Side note, I have personally witnessed a PC get fried from fans spinning freely from air dusting them. Highly recommend securing the fans so they can't free spin and cause an induced current. A bread tie or just holding the fan blades in place does the job. Great video, i love the techy stuff!

Ya know what, I love the fact you said that PCs get dusty, and it's no big deal. Of course they should never get dusty to the point they are filthy, but it's just nice to hear someone who knows what they are talking about say that life gets in the way and a PC doesn't have to be spotless all the time.

Hey butters 1- when using a blower to dust pcs always hold the fan cause when it turns a back voltage can go to motherboard and burn the port 2- 4090 uses a lot of power and power port has a lot of issues and many 4090s been burned due to that if you still have issues with the new cable make sure it’s inserted in even if it looks like it and change the cable if it’s persist ❤
