Why would you bother resoldering a new plug on when the whole charge port is only $5, I hope you didn't bill the customer by the hour.

My Nokia 2.3 cannot be connected to PC via USB. At the same time the phone can't be charged while it's on. Always I have to switch off the phone when I need to charge it. If I suddenly switch on the phone while it's being changing and plug out , it's continue to display still it's being changed. How can I get this problem solved?

Hi, I would suggest to inspect the daughter board and see if is any corrosion around, otherwise just replace it. Sometimes also the flex from lower board to the main board is faulty.
