i really do hope this phone doesn't have the same problem as n8 had... the battery on that phone charged in 3-4 h and lasted 1/1 day and a half... on my unit

Hate to help you, but you can use your music as a ringtone through the Ringtone maker app. What are, aside from your Candy Crush, these "missing features"? And please remember, that this is an older Lumia handset, definitely not as good as the new ones.

Really like this phone. Just wish that it'd still have the front facing camera that the N9 has, or a better one. That really is the only problem I have with the hardware, the rest of the things I don't like or is a bit sceptic to are WP7 issues. And those can be fixed through software updates. Can't add a camera with a software update though. Still, this is worth considering I think.

This is only £149 sim free from asda with a possible 3% cashback, that is an amazing deal it has nokias clear black technology and an 8mp dual led flash camera, only shoots in 720p though but oh well, might go for this.

Yes of course you can, that's what I already did after many weeks of my mum figuring it out. It should be a default feature not from a third party. This older lumia handset you are talking about is half as good as $100 android phone.

why can't nokia add swipe interface to it. Like i can click arrow to launch app drawer or a tile. and swipe to access more pinned tiles, rather to scroll up and down.

Ringtone maker isn't provided by a 3rd party, but Nokia. And one of the very good things about this phone is that it just simply doesn't slow down. Day 1 performance forever. And I, if someone, know what a cheap android is, buggy/laggy. Now don't start to accuse me of not using one, was stuck to using one for a year until I saw the light. Lumia 800 from clearance. Never going back.

Like @MrSeedyROM said it don't need a dual core processor to run smooth. Android and ios needs dual to run smooth. They can't work on single core if they do its laggy. WP is just starting with this gen. Give it another year and they will be on top.

I gave my mum lumia 800 as a present. She's a bit sad that she cannot use her music as a ringtone. You can't put music on it without a computer (I thought this thing will have bluetooth file sharing). Doesn't have candy crush and it's missing a lot of apps that android and iOS has. Doesn't have front camera. In fact, it's too simple that it is missing a lot of features that a SMARTPHONE should have or do. If I only knew, i should've just bought her an iPhone even though i hate that shit
