Nom Banh Bev is a Cambodian dessert that we mostly find at open market. Steamed mung bean and shredded coconut are for topping and we will have it with coconut cream sauce or roasted sesame seeds.
Ingredients:

1¼cup [150g] Rice flour
6Tbsp Tapioca starch
4Tbsp Sugar
¼tsp Salt
⅔cup + 1Tbsp [200ml] Water
1cup [250ml] Coconut milk
** Mung bean filling
½lb [250g] Peeled mung beans
1¼cup [300ml] Water
1¼cup [300ml] Coconut milk
4Tbsp Sugar
½tsp Salt
7oz [200g] Shredded coconut
