I love Tim's arguments, and he often comes up with some convincingly spurious ones. This is another of them. He's right that 'The Queen' and 'The Notorious BIG' are bad examples, as they have genuine names that you can find out. But if you pick a fictional character, who is only known as The Big Friendly Giant / The BFG, and has no other name that we know of, then that's the name you have to play on No More Jockeys. It's like the Mr Men argument again - if you can't provide another name for a fictional character, because they were never given one, then their 'first' name is what they're known by - Mr Bump, The BFG, etc...
