Your such an inspiration you had such beautiful bouncy curls and to see what a company who is supposed to take care of our curls,coils,kinks and waves has done to you and so many others is heartbreaking but I'm glad your educating and fighting for justice stay strong

Thanks Lucero! It has been a really difficult journey but it is an important journey not just for me but for the millions of others who are currently or will eventually suffer from the products.

I had been having hair loss for two years. Used deva curl for a brief time two summers ago. Since then it has been a sad time. Wish your salon was opened. I live in Orlando and would love a counsel with you. I know you understand how defeating this is. Which Oway products should I start with? You have been so inspiring. Thank you so much for the information and dedication.

I can definitely see a difference in the front of your hair since you started these! They are on my every growing Oway wishlist. This brand is so good!!! :)

Hey Anabel! You are so welcome. I am glad they are filling in too. I am hoping my texture returning to normal will be the next improvement to happen. I am hoping the Rebuilding Hair Bath helps with that. I just started incorporating it into my routine. I do the Rebuilding, rinse, then the Microstimulating, then the Densifying Remedy. I would rather use only one shampoo but my hair and scalp have different needs so I need both.

I get that. I actually did a big chop yesterday 🙌🏻 because I was tired of excessive shedding and hair everywhere but also just to focus on my scalp. My hair strands feel like straw so I need something good for that. I’ll look into getting Oway.

Haha I was kind of hiding myself with the table because the top is kind of revealing but I guess I failed. Like I always say - I don't watch the videos before I post them. Whoops. I put a pic on Instagram that isn't as closeup as this video would've been so it isn't as boobalicious. lol instagram.com/p/B_V92Wwnmcq/?

Hi Stephanie, Loved your video. I will buy Oway products this week but I am thorn with so many choices. What treatments/ masks or styling products you recommend for someone that has high porosity curly hair? I will love to hear from you!

Would you please do a video on how to repair damage from hard water. Also is chelating a real thing or is it the same as clarifying? Any help you provide is much appreciated.

I used the densifying remedy for a few weeks and it has completed destroyed the texture of my hair. It literally smells like rubbing alcohol

Hi Stephanie, I noticed that oway contained dimethicone... isn’t that an ingredient that should be avoided?

Curl Ninja please I need your help. I am a 45 yo and I have grey hair it’s very coarse, rough, dry feeling wavy hair that is maybe 2a-b and maybe a C in there somewhere. I cannot get moisture into my hair to save my life. I live in Texas where humidity is a killer as well. My hair gets weighed down very easily. I need help finding shampoo conditioner and styling products. Please please please help me!

Your eyebrows are amazing ! Yes...I’m jealous 🤢
@StephanieMero4 жыл бұрын
Thank you! I believe they may be benefitting from the ingredients in the densifying products as well. I do let the Microstimulating Hair Bath run over my face when I rinse it out. I like the tingle lol. My eyebrows thinned out a lot last year - I can't believe how thick they were in my old photos and videos with my long healthy curly hair. I am glad they are returning to normal! Don't be jealous! Here are a few tips: If you are going to pluck or wax, try not to do it close to where you want the hair to grow in. Deal with the awkward period where there aren't a lot of hairs in the areas you want them to fill in and give it time because it will never fill if you pluck those hairs. Let you follicles breathe so don't overdo makeup on them. I fill a little with a brush and a gel pot from NARS but I don't fill my eyebrows every day and I take my makeup off as soon as I am done wanting to wear it. Hope this helps. Sending love

The Curl Ninja .....thank you so much for this info. When I was younger, my sister used to call me BB ( bushy brows...lol ) I felt lucky and really never did anything with them other than pluck here and there. I’m a lot older and definitely see such a difference in my hair and brows thinning. I did try that brush on caster oil type stuff, but I don’t see it working though. Soooooo..I was looking on the Oway website and I think I will give it a try. I’m a retired cosmetologist, but I’m still very interested in keeping up to date with everything. Lol....unfortunately...my husband’s hair is the only cut I can do during this quarantined time...weird! Huh I was laughing so hard when I saw you and Dennis doing your demonstration in the shower........whenever he turned that water on...I was waiting for him to scream like a girl........he was soooo cool as I was freezing my butt of just watching !!!! 😂😂😂. Well Stephanie.....thank you for all you do and I wish you the best of luck in continuing your journey of succeeding in your business when these crazy times are over ! Please stay safe and give Shadow a hug for me...lol...Dennis too 🤣 Much love from just outside of Boston ❤️

So are you using this as shampoo only or is it okay to follow up with regular shampoo and conditioner?
@mariaao96084 жыл бұрын
Do you have any idea when you'll be able to/are planning to re-open your salon? I'm about two hours away and trying to manage what I suspect to be devacurl-damaged hair. I'm trying Olaplex and I just ordered the OWAY hair bath and frequent use conditioner in an effort to prevent further damage until I can get an appointment with you in person! I've been trying to dry-detangle and keep my hair in a silk bonnet whenever I'm home but nothing seems to prevent a 45-minute-long shedding session before every wash. I'm thinking of just braiding it while it's wet so it can't tangle but I fear putting stress on the hair at the top of my head/edges or crushing my fragile curls. Do you think this would be safe? Be well and thank you so much for all the guidance.
@StephanieMero4 жыл бұрын
Not until we know we can keep ourselves and our community safe. We are making plans to figure out how we can do that and be the salon of the future. I don't have any evidence that Olaplaex helps and honestly it's chemicals and not very high quality because they do sell in retailers. I would hold out and wait for your OWAY until you do anything else. Make sure to use the products like I did in the video where I wash and condition Dennis. Do not wet-braid it unless it is SUPER PERFECTLY detangled or you could encounter a serious knot situation when you do it. It would have to be super low tension too. Hair is weaker when so when you are braiding wet hair it is more likely to break than braiding it dry. Can you braid it once it dries instead? It will get better. I promise you. Just follow my lead. I am here for you.
@mariaao96084 жыл бұрын
@@StephanieMero I was going to braid it wet so I could get it locked in place before it started tangling but I didn't think of that. I'll take your advice and try braiding it while wet. Thank you so much again. I'll continue to watch for any updates.
