Why do people always do beef and pork???? The way she did it, just beef…amazing. I never combine multiple meats and I feel like people always tell me that authentic meatballs (guess they mean Italian?) are a combination of meats. What is “traditionally” in meatballs, in Italy? And the amount of Parmesan, how she kept grating for a few minutes-my kind of lady!
