@@NoNonsenseKnowHow great video, I found your page from you helping Andrew with welding on the roof. And I found Andrew’s page from a comment on “Matt’s Off Road Recovery”. I never followed any pages until matt started his channel.

@@NoNonsenseKnowHow I have a long track wind track Polaris. About half the time I use it I am towing a sled to an off-road cabin. Our Ranger has big tires with a lift kit, it goes through a foot of snow easy.

Very nice , I have ridden 10s of thousands of miles on snowmobiles over the years. It is a lot of fun and you see so much of the back country that you may not see in the summer. Good friends and good times that is awesome.

Looks like everyone had a fun day. Those old machine were so light, but the ride and real narrow ski stance made them hard to handle. I started riding in the early 80s and it is amazing the improvements over the years.

Nice video! You need to do the diff lock mod so you can have the diff locked in low or high too. That way you get some wheel speed. New tires probably help too. I marveled at the difference the ITP mud light XL made on my King Quad. It was a 1991 model, I miss it a bit it, was fun to ride.
@NoNonsenseKnowHow3 жыл бұрын
Thanks man. And sweet, ill have to look into that mod. I mainly use it around my yard and local rides. Been focusing most attention on the Rhino I got. The OG King Quads are epic though! A true legend of a machine.
@NilsKall3 жыл бұрын
@@NoNonsenseKnowHow it really simple, there is a locking pin that goes from the gear selector to the 2wd/4wd/diff lock selector. If you take that pin out you can use diff lock any time. Just have to lift up the whole gear selector assembly to do it. Unlike most things on that bike it is quite easy to do. And do the start in any gear mod too, super simple and saves you when one of the sensors fail in the middle of the forrest. You have some good and interesting content on you channel, I subscribed.
