Great video, Amber! The only items I’d add, in the extras are the cover letter, which I write last; an annual report, if you have one; and a big one is foundations often ask the percentage of board of director giving to the npo-if it’s not 100%, that might signal a problem for obvious reasons. Once again, great video! Keep up the great work!

@@AmberMelanieSmith I currently have an llc so converting over to non profit will be grueling. I want a percentage of my revenue to go to various charity’s/causes each quarter. What is the proper route to take?
