I use Amish Popcorn. I like the mushroom variety. Regular old Jiffy Pop popcorn tastes just as good, the mushroom is just round and voluptuous. Watch my video where I pop different kinds of kernels and see which you like. Or read it on my blog @ bougiepopcorn.com
